**It says a lot about a company when they can't bother to respond to their customers. Update: Owner, why is your Redbox location not lit up at night??? You are putting your customers in danger! Who do I need to contact about this??? Machine has been duct taped closed for a few days now. A lot of problems here. Down often. No notice online. Who owns this? ***UPDATE 12/5/18 Machine broken again.

For some reason this RedBox seems to go down quite often, try returning a video & it can't accept returns at this time, reserve a movie at this spot & I get there & some kind of problem happens where I'm calling in very often about not getting my movies or being able to return any.
