This Salvation Army is clean and very well organized. The clothes selection is very good with many name brand items found. Very efficient checkout. Not overwhelmingly friendly but then it was the end of the day so maybe my cashier was tired? This place is great though if you have some time to spend looking through the racks. I have been very pleased with all my finds! One of the best Salvation Army stores I have been to!

Another one bites the dust…. I don’t know where they get off charging 12.99$ for a blouse… this is another location I’m crossing off my list due to price gouging.

Scott, the attendee, was extremely polite and helpful. The drop off experience was great and very smooth.

Usually when items (especially furniture items) are out on the sales floor they are priced, welp not this location. And if you do happen to find a great piece that does not have a price on it yet don't plan on buying it because they won't price it for you; "that needs to be done by an employee that isn't even working" that day. WASTE OF TIME

Just an absolute disgrace. Drop off is supposed to open until 7pm. I got there at 6:45pm and waited a few minutes before calling and asking if someone was available to come take the bags and boxes we had to donate. The representative (Jackie, who was very kind) tried her best to get someone to help us, but she was legitimately getting yelled at by her apathetic co-workers that were screaming, "NO, it's just about 7pm. IT'S CLOSED!"It is people like me that donate box after box of goods that make sure these people maintain their employment. Maybe act like it, or hire people that actually want to do their jobs. I'll never donate a thing to this location again. Pitiful.

Don't get me wrong I love this place I come here all the time but the reason why I gave them a one-star because I come in there on the 6/10/2023 11:29 am and I brought a chip and dip bowl set it has two pieces and the price was $7.99 and the lady at the cash register tell me how can this be on a 799 I said well that's the price it was on there and then I said it was a matching set so how can they charge charge me more form imagine set I love this store I come in there all the time I just didn't like it

I really love this store due to the wide variety of clothing. BUT everytime I go the employees are always in a bad mood. Either they talk to costumers in a rude way or they are talking to each in a rude way. It's like none of them like each other. I have also heard them express how they don't feel like working. Why have the job if you don't like it? Hopefully they change a little.

I strongly suggest, someone with authority, review not just this particular location- but all in the downriver community. With regard to what is disbursed where, why are the more affluent areas gifted beyond compare.. I've been, and it's as clear as glass. Its very sad, as it wasn't always like this.Signed,Low income resident
