This location is a good location to store your goods, the manager Chrystal is a great manager and she cares about the customer needs and how safe their belongings are. I highly recommend dealing with Chrystal when coming here.

Last month I was in the process of moving from 2nd floor to lower larger unit. I spoke with Zach and made all the arrangements. I moved half of the stuff but noticed there was a large area in the new unit that had sticky stuff on the floor. I also noticed lots of broken glass along the side too. I was not able to finish moving all of my staff. I called Zach the next day and let him know. He assured me that he was going to clean it up. I was concerned because he said I only had 48 hours to move. He told me would give me extra time due to the sticky stuff on floor and broken glass. I called back the following week the answering service said the facility was closed all week due to power failure. Now I’m stuck having to pay for 2 units. Crystal said she wasn’t going to clean lower unit and I had to move back into 2nd floor unit. I feel that it’s the facility responsibility to make sure the units are cleaned before a customer rents units. I am currently out of town and I’m not getting any help to resolve to problem.

Ms. Crystal gave excellent service regarding a matter that she had nothing to do with. Yesterday after I paid my bill the gentleman that works with Crystal told the lock will be off that day I came to the storage and had to wait because staff was on lunch but I called after lunch and Ms Crystal assisted me immediately! Great service Thank you!

This is my 2nd time renting a storage here and I have to say Crystal and Zack were absolutely very helpful with everything and went the extra mile without having to and made me happy. Thankyou for having such great employees. Great customer service and very friendly people. I recommend this storage place to anyone if you want to do business with a great staff. Gave me a friendly and inviting experience when I came in to pay for my unit. I paid in person because the site is not working properly. Website has a window pop claiming I have no account. Speaking to Crystal M, she honestly did not know why. But told me she would follow up with those who know. Thank You Crystal M.

Yes, this is for Crystal and Zach. Mr.Wells wants to say the great job these two are doing and there both the reason I continue to keep my business at Istorage .
