I had to have my screen replaced today for my iPhone and Mahdi took care of me.I am an older person who has difficulty hearing and understanding. Mahdi was very kind and compassionate. Many times people get frustrated and don’t really care about the customer but Mahdi was a breath of fresh air. Quality service!!!

Good store with excellent customer service the whole store acknowledge me and my mom when we enter the store on Friday to change our phone service to Tmobile ..a gentleman name Mahdi took care of us with good service 10/10 best store in Michigan

Tried to activate a new line. However, the day i went they couldnt sell me a new phone or do much of anything since their network or something was down. So wasted an hour there for nothing. Not really their fault though, i hope...

Took phone in because of a factory defect, ordered a replacement phone through warranty exchange, and I arrive at the store and Im told that my warranty exchange will be canceled and will do an insurance claim instead because they didn't want to pay for it.Instead trying to charge me Despite it being a factory defect. Kept trying to insist I damaged the phone, when i explaining very clearly what happened. (Furthermore, employee damaged my phone after I explain to not fold it, he ends up folding my phone making the phone worst!) Employee was very nice but he clearly did not listen to anything i said, and prolonged a process that the corporate T mobile store said should've been very easy. If he took the time to *observe* he would've seen that I had a genuine predicament but instead he jumped to conclusions, assumed I broke the phone and wanted a freebie, and tried to charge me. Very slimy, very unprofessional, do better!

Avoid at all costs, avoid t mobile in general. Had an issue with my phone and they did not even attempt to look into it just said go elsewhere and provided no information. When I did call T-Mobile directly to find a resolution I went threw 3 reps all on different calls all saying they fixed my issue when they had not. When I finally found someone who can help me it was hours lost over the phone 4 days later and several trips to different stores. I write this as I wait for my replacement phone to arrive it has been 5 days without a functioning phone. I even have their insurance plan but that changed nothing. Avoid if you value your sanity.

I’ve moved from this area but I still commute back to this store location when i need service because the staff are all professional, nice ,well informed and knowledgeable about everything with T-Mobile plans, service, rules and devices. They are very patient, all of them and I personally think the guy ‘Mahdi’ that works there is so pleasant very good worker he makes the entire experience that much better. I definitely recommend this store for all your T-mobile needs.

I couldn't receive calls on my phone. The guy at T-Mobile talked me through fixing it over the phone. He was great! You can call me, anytime. Thanks to T-Mobile. ☮️?????

I lost my phone while vacationing across the border in Ontario, Canada. When I found out that Assurance Insurance couldn't ship my replacement phone to Canada I asked them to ship it to the closest T Mobile store in Lincoln Park MI. I called the store to to notify them that I my phone was being shipped to their store. When I crossed the border to pick my phone I was greeted by Sue, a T Mobile associate. She took the time to activate my phone, contact T Mobile support to remove the block on my phone number and restore my apps and emails to my phone. Sue went above and beyond anything that I was expecting! She deserves this recognition! It's the employees that make T Mobile great!.
