“After a 6 hour drive home, arriving at 4am the last thing we needed was the stench of rotting meat from our now dead refrigerator. It was the day before a holiday and the weekend was approaching, we had little hope that we could get a new refrigerator before Monday and 4 days with no refrigerator seemed like an eternity. My father in-law always shopped at Coles, and had nothing but good things to say about them, I had always been a Home Depot/Lowes girl, but I took the chance. And I am so glad we did. The available selection and pricing was better than that of the big box stores, and the customer service was first class. They were able to deliver, install and haul away within hours of our purchase. The installers were first class as well. Overall this was a great experience and we will always look to Cole's first for all of our appliance and furniture needs. Thank you Cole's!”
