Background... I had picked up a nail in one of my tires. The first tire place I took it to said it couldn't be repaired because the puncture was too close to the sidewall (it was a good inch in on the tread). I was also told that since my vehicle is all-wheel drive, I would need to replace all four tires. The damaged tire would be covered by warranty, but I would need to pay around $600 for the other three. Thank goodness my son told me to give Mike a call! Mike got me in a soon as I could drop my car off, checked the tire, repaired the tire, and sent me on my way. These tires have 30K warranty miles left on them, and I don't have to replace them now - thanks to Mike's!”

“For years have always got my tires there and any service I needed was very pleased every time. My most recent vehicle got an extended warranty had had to use that dealer for service. (not happy with their work on multiple occasions) Now that that warranty is done , will be coming back to Rowley's. Recently had the tire pressure sensors stop working. Drove into Rowleys and Cody explained what he thought was the problem, got me in right away, came back with what they could do to fix it, quoted a cost (reasonably priced) and quickly did the service. When I asked that all the tires be at the same pressure, Cody did that himself!. Great customer service and reasonable prices go a long way in my book. Will continue to recommend them to friends and family!!”
