Can't get through to an agent, need to check and update my policy, may add a vehicle. on hold for longer than 30min, called again left a voice mail have not received a call back. Have called again and again and can't get though (4 days). Called a different agent and they are unable to help be because of policy reasons they can't help me because I am their client.
I have to change insurance to and then change back to go to a new office. Looks like am leaving AAA because they can't pickup a phone, return an email, or even return a call.
This office is horrible

First they told me wrong cross streets and the guy I work with was very scattered and it took quite a while to get everything in place. I did have concerns while working with the agent

Very frustrated attempting to reach this office by phone. Long long wait to talk to someone at this office. No indication while on hold how long you will still have to wait or where you are in the que. Thinking about dropping my membership of over 50 years. This is not a one time experience. Good customer service at AAA is failing me

I no longer have an agent because he retired. I can ‘t get an agent. No one would answer the phone or answer my messages. I needed proof of insurance to pick up a new vehicle. I DID NOT get proof of insurance from the local office. I had to call the 800 number. I got proof of insurance about 15 minutes before I was supposed to pick up the car. Very poor service.

Now they are charging a 4.00 fee per month for paying monthly on car insurance. What a joke! You already take advantage of the public with your outrageous bills. What person in their right mind can afford to pay car insurance up front in full fir 6 months. I will be contacting master card and visa and filing a complaint because it is against the law to charge a surcharge when using a debit card.

I pay $80 a year for road service and tonight my doors were frozen. I called for service and I was told AAA doesn't unfreeze doors!?

I went in for passport photos and was in and out in 10minutes. They were friendly and made sure to only suggest items they were promoting while I worked and that pertain to my life and family.

Im sorry I have to do this but this person Ms. Perry Foster failed to complete a simple task for me. This has been two months ago, and the task is still not completed. How sad. I have been calling this location and no answer or returned phone calls have not been given. I would not recommend this location for service to no one. Thanks

I have both my home and my cottage insured by AAA. I sold my cottage and my agent retired. I called into their 800 number and asked them to cancel the cottage contract and gave them that policy number. I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THEM NOT TO CANCEL THE HOME POLICY. Guess what they cancelled both, after they guaranteed me that they were only cancelling the cottage insurance. They also notified my mortg company that they cancelled the policy on the home. I got their notice by mail on Saturday night. I will be at their office at 8:30 am Monday morning. They don't listen. the person on line should be fired for gross negligence.
