Spent close to 10,000 ... thought we were getting things the salesmen fluffed up in store, but when things got delivered a different story. Very frustrating! No wonder why salesmen on commission get a bad wrap. Have an entire family room to furnish next. I'll go else where. Updated this to Zero.... Wasn't going to mention my salesman's name BUT Angelo will screw and story tell like crazy! 3 things we have found out he lied about to us. How can you sleep at night treating nice people like that?? Oh I know why... skipping to the bank with that commission.

Went in to buy a new TV. I waited over 35 minutes for a sales person to come help me. They were all standing around. The sales guy I finally got was not very friendly.

Abysmal customer service after the fact. Tell you whatever you want to hear to get the sale, then once they have your money, it’s screw you we’re not gonna help you. Called to get some information and was intentionally hung up on twice. Will not be going to the livonia abc ever again. In addition they seem to be holding my rebate hostage. Real scummy sales guys there. It’s a mess.

We were helped by Mike Kelly when looking for a dishwasher and he found us exactly what we wanted! He was respectful of our time and budget and was very friendly. We will be back to ABC Warehouse in the future!

I purchased a new refrigerator and stove and the entire process was handled expertly by Angelo. My items were special order and the estimates for delivery were right on target. I highly recommend ABC warehouse.

Brad did an excellent job of explaining the differences between the different makes and models of the dishwashers which were right on point with the research we had done. He also gave us a great deal and was able to have it delivered the same day! Jim from the delivery / installation company did a great job and was able to get the dishwasher installed quickly despite our parents’ home being a little outdated.Thank you all very much for your professionalism and courtesy! We would definitely recommend Brad and the installation company.

We are low income and came in here to get a mattress. One for me and one for my mom. My parents are disabled and I take care of them… I paid mine off in full as I have been saving for awhile. My mom had to finance hers but paid it off early. A $700 mattress turned into $900 after paying it off in under a month? They claimed they have “their own taxes” and was not 100% clear on their fees and robbed us blind.. being low income around the holidays the extra $200 they “taxed” us was ridiculous and now I get to work during my holidays to try and make up for this loss.. while I’m working on Christmas I hope you enjoy your bonuses!

PLEASE READI purchased a dishwasher from this location about 2.5 months ago. When I purchased it, I asked for the delivery and installation option. FIRST RED FLAG, the salesman, Dwayne, informed me I have to pay the installers directly.... okaayy. So I did.The company they used for the delivery and installation was Coming Attractions LLC. The only thing right this company did was drop off the new dishwasher and take the old one. After installation, I tried to run the dishwasher and within minutes got an error code indication supply water issues. I called Coming Attractions LLC back, and the president, Mike, came to check what was wrong. At this time he even confirmed that there was an installation issue and assured me that his plumber would be back out to fix the job. His plumber came out and took a look and went in my basement to change the valve on the pipe leading to the dishwasher because apparently that was a problem, even tho it worked perfectly with my old one. Instead of pulling the unit out and verifying behind the dishwasher, he adamantly told me that it was a manufacturer problem. Well i've had the manufacturer come out twice to my house and both people have said it is an installation issue. The president of the installation company said it was an installation issue. But the plumber who installed it refuses to take accountability.Its been two months now since i've made the purchase. Coming attractions has come out to my house 4 times. I've had Kenmark warranty claims come out to my house twice to confirm that it was an installation issue. I still don't have a functioning dishwasher.The salesman at ABC warehouse, Dwayne, has avoided calling me back on multiple occasions to the point that I have had to escalate this to the Manager of Customer Service at ABC, and he had to escalate it to the Regional Vice President. Dwayne has caught an attitude when called out on his poor customer service as if he is the victim. The plumber at Coming Attractions has been rude and aggressive when told his installation is the problem. The president of Coming Attractions, lovingly game me his card and number and said call him if i have a problem, but when ive called him, his receptionist picks up the phone and he never calls you back.Looking at the other reviews from Coming Attractions LLC and ABC Warehouse Livonia, it seems like they somehow have a shady arrangement with business funneled to them from salesman.

I walked into the store and was immediately helped by Brad. I showed him the refrigerator that I was looking for on the website. He took me to another refrigerator and it seemed to meet all my needs. I paid and signed for the purchase. I advised Brad that I could only take delivery on a Saturday. No problem he says. 2 days later I received an email stating that delivery would be on Thursday. I called the store and asked to speak to Brad. As I began to explain the reason for my call he said "I'm really busy right now can you call back" Really? I called back in an hour and was told he left for the day. Not bothering to return my call. Called back the next day and asked to speak to Brad. I was asked to hold for Brad. 15 minutes later I am still on hold. Couldn't waste any more time waiting for this clown. Called back the next day and was told Brad wasn't in. I spoke to Gus who said that he would schedule delivery for the following Saturday. This was on Thursday so I was waiting for an email confirmation as promised. Nothing came. Again called back and got Chuck. He told me that the fridge I bought was on back order and they were about 90 people waiting. Really? Tried calling AL the district manager twice and was told he wasn't in. At this point I just want to cancel my order. Have been in customer service myself for the last 30 years and am appalled at the way I was treated. I will never shop at ABC again and will advise everyone I speak with about the treatment I was given. These clowns are slicker the car sales people. Get you to buy and then cut you off. Got your money and no follow up. Disgusted

how i was greeted- The salesman manager walked up to me while on the phone and says - are you actually buying something before i hang up the phone? i thought that was kinda rude and made me feel unimportant. i ended up buying an Avanti dishwasher. I had to wait a day to pick one up cause they had to order it. It took me 3 days to get my husbands help to install it Because of his work schedule. the machine ended up being a dud or "bad machine" that leaked water underneath my entire wood kitchen floor and destroyed it. I called the manager the next day and he says he can have a maintenance guy come out to help for $150 bucks And also this guy can try to get it out of the hole it was in, under the counter (the stupid single back foot was stuck on the seam of the kitchen floor under the counter) I told him its leaking everywhere And said his guy is busy and could come tmrw. I later got it out of the hole myself and took it up to the store 2 days later (again i needed help getting it into my van). I told the salesman there that i only ran it twice and the second time i noticed all the water coming up from the floor. I was told by an ABCwearhouse associate who spoke to the manager mike kelly on the phone, that because its been a week, i cant return it. I feel like i was scammed. And now im stuck with a crappy machine And im out $650 bucks! I'll never shop there again!!
