I was robbed by the store manager. They just try to make sales at your expense. They didn’t mention all the contract terms and are charging for phones I don’t have and lines I don’t use. I tried to get out of the contract and they’re saying I owe them over $1’600 if I’m to be released from the contract. I would also loose all my trade in credits for 2 phones and I wouldn’t get them back. I’ve been stuck with a $200+ bill for months and I’m being charged $400 at times I can finance a car for cheaper.

Salesman was very helpful and got me moving quickly but added a $50 wireless insurance product without my consent.

This store has been nothing but trouble. Ive had 2 phones was told i can trade in and it will take 1,000$ off my phone and make my bill cheaper. But they still are making me pay high prices and making me continue paying for the phone even tho its paid off. I highly recommend never using at&t.

Lied about my bill for months. I have never experienced a service this bad. I've had Sprint, Metro, Verizon etc. Att will lie to your face. Do not sign up.

I have been an AT&T customer for more than 20 year. We have been customers when it transitioned to Cingular and back again.
We moved to Livonia 4 years ago, and have had connectivity and service issues in the area we moved to. I have been dealing with this store since we moved here. In the past year I went to the store to address quality of service in the area of Livonia I live in, and for help with my high Bill.
1. Mobile connectivity quality. They tried to sell me Home Air Internet claiming that this would help my mobile connectivity in my home. Said that the satelite internet air service, would make my devices connect to mobile data and towers better. I explained I already had home internet, that's not what we're talking about.
There is no way that this helps in the way that the AT&T store representative are telling people it does. He said "I don't know why it works, I just know it does, give me your address and we'll get it setup"
2. He promised that adding another line, would qualify my service for a level of billing that would save me ~$130 per month from my current bill. While I told him that it didn't make sense, he assured me it would be excellent. The first moth, my bill was $50 more expensive than my original high bill, not less at all.
I returned to the store, was dealing with another associate and the associate I worked with before came running from the back and said he made a mistake.... that he would fix it... I would get a refund / credit back for what I paid, and we should be all set.... Said it may take a month or two... it became even more expensive over the next two months.
To this date, my Bill is still higher and I have not seen any sort of credit or refund. I went to a different AT&T store today and they said I couldn't do anything in the store to fix my problem, I had to call the customer relations line to make changes to my service.
I have only dealt with this one associate officially, but other associates have been "part" of the conversations. I can only assume that these are tactics used by the store to get people into spending more money and getting stuck in these deals.
Also.... the store cannot cancel these services that they have tricked you into signing you up for, you have to call the customer retention line to cancel the service.
This store's sales tactics are fraudulent. Buyer beware.

I went in the store on 10/31/24 to get a charger only. The store manager Kevin Bakers ask me for my ID I’m sure it’s upsale. I asked why he said do you think I’m going to let you come in here and only get a charger. I said I don’t want anything else he keeps going back and forth asking for my ID ultimately I leave because I felt harassed and unsafe as I’m walking out he starts out laughing as well as all the other employees. I felt embarrassed, and unsafe .

I was just racial profiled at this location and was given misinformation. I said I wanted to add a line but since I didn’t gave a trade in it would $1000. It didn’t look at my account take my id nothing told me have a day. No one greeted me nothing what kinda operation is going on over there when you don’t even get out your seat to great a customer! Highly disappointing I’ve been in wireless 20 years never seen this kinda behavior!

There’s two AT&T workers that’s always there around five and six p.m. both guys, I brought my phone in for them to switch a number to another device and they didn’t even know how to do that, I went home and eventually found out myself and switched it myself, when it comes to real problems with phones, they do not want to help you, these AT&T employees in the retail stores are only good for selling phone cases and screen protectors.

The reason for poor rating is their customer service. They refused to allow me to return the phone, now my phone was determined to be unrepairable. Lost everything on the phone. All my pictures etc. Terrible Customer Service!!!!

I'd rate 0 stars if I could. Useless store and wanted me to get a new phone because they couldn't solve the problem. They only made my phone WORSE AND UNUSABLE. Zero compassion or empathy. I hate this place. Waste of time

My Experience is always good on at this store. I always send people to that store. Keep up the Good work In training your employees. Just do the same with Telephone service, very poor. That is why I go to the store. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.

ATT ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF I GOT MY FIRST PHONE BILL AND THEY CHARGING 250,00 for my first bill and they can just forget about us like i said they are screwing all of us
