After getting rear-ended on 94, I was bracing for a long, stressful repair process—but thanks to the incredible team at Bill Brown Ford Collision Center, it turned out to be one of the smoothest experiences I’ve ever had with auto repair.
From start to finish, every person I interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. Joe was my first point of contact and immediately set the tone—he was informative, patient, and made me feel like I was in good hands. Melinda was fantastic in getting everything scheduled and set up, keeping things moving quickly and smoothly. Stephanie really went above and beyond—she helped me get a small dent taken care of that had been driving me nuts, and I truly appreciated the extra care. When I picked the truck up, Thomas was just as friendly and professional, making the final step as seamless as the rest.
The best part? My truck looks perfect—like nothing ever happened.
I can’t thank this team enough. They made a tough situation feel easy, and that kind of service is rare these days. Highly recommend them if you want your vehicle (and your sanity) taken care of right.

Unfortunately, this is not somewhere you want to go, but if you need collision work done, they do it right. Friendly service, always keeping you in the loop. I'm back for a second time, different vehicle. Drivers need to pay more attention on the roads!

Took over a month to get a part for my vehicle. I was driving without being able to open my driver door since someone backed into it. And then after I mentioned it would be a safety issue they magically had a part for me. Stephanie was super friendly though and helped communicate the whole repair process but kind of ridiculous to wait that long especially when paying so much for a lease. Also the door is not aligned right because I can hear wind coming through and the window doesn’t roll up and down normal lost “fix”

Kept me updated on repairs and all looked great after repairs. I purchased car from Bill Brown and was more comfortable having them do the repairs needed, over taking it anywhere else.

Very displeased so far. It’s been over a month, going on two months and this is the third time my completion date has been changed. They wait until the day before or the day of to send me a text saying it’s not ready. I don’t even get the courtesy of a phone call! My rental coverage through insurance has run out and now I’m without a car and it’s affecting my ability to get to work. I was supposed to pick up today but something told me to call. Jason is now saying it wont be ready until 3/8. First 2/16, then 2/23, then 2/27, now 3/8. Ridiculous. Never again!
3/6/24 Update:
Can’t get anymore disappointing than this. They have provided me with a loaner but completion date moved again to 3/13 now….the original completion date was a month ago on 2/16.

Do not use Bill Brown ford collision. We had our vehicle in for repairs from an accident which did not get fixed properly and upon taking it back, Jason looked at it and said its a service issue. Immediately took it to service who could not get it in for a month. So we took the vehicle to North Brotherd Ford (Westland) who found the problem was either improper repair or that Bill Brown did not fix it. Of course now I'm having to pay $800 because North Brother is fixing it. Hopefully the insurance will cover it? Call Bill Brown Ford and they said nothing they could do because North Brothers is fixing it. What a joke! I guess i will not be taking anymore vehicles there for repair and Bill Brown will not be getting me re-lease business (1 lease this year and 1 next year). Looks like North Brothers will be getting my business. DON'T GO TO BILL BROWN FORD COLLISION.

Joe Hersey the manager just said to me “we have no time for you, take it someplace else”. This shop was refusing to give me a quoted price for the work and I was trying to understand why. They were very unhelpful and gave me the run around every time I asked questions. I would avoid this company, bad business.I asked for them to show me what work needed to be done and they wouldn’t. They said they found 5 dents other than the hood but wouldn’t show me. Wouldn’t show me any of the paper work or notes from their PDR guy. They just wanted me to give them my car so they could bill what ever they wanted to insurance. Again, bad business, avoid them.
