I have been a loyal customer of Bill Brown's service department since 2019. I have had a slew of problems with my 2018 Ford Escape. They have been great with fixing them until now. They have a new policy put in place that if you didn't purchase a vehicle through them, then you don't get a loner vehicle when you get service. Since, I didn't purchase a vehicle from Bill Brown I basically have been disregarded as a customer. I talked to the service manager and nothing got done except that is their policy. I asked to talk to the general manager and was denied. I spoke with the service director and he agreed with the policy too. I even asked is it was ok to post this negative review and they basically were ok with it. Beware people. I feel bad for any other service customers that had to deal with this especially the older population. I forgot to mention that I do have the extended warranty too...

Took the car in for an oil change, and I was completely blown away by the cleanliness and layout of the facility, and how extremely professional, polite, courteous, and helpful. All the staff was. I dealt with a lady named Rachel at the front desk, and she was extremely polite, friendly, professional, and went over all the paperwork with me. She was amazing I recommend Bill Brown quick clean hands-down, 100% great experience and I will be returning.

I made a service appointment last week. Had recalls for months. I went to Bill Brown service and was informed they had no loaners available. I rented a car for 3 days wed- Sat. 300+ dollars . Got frequents text on how my car was and when it was to have a technician to look at it. Person just kept telling me how no tech was available to look at it . Finally got my Explorer ST, Having no one looking at it for 3 days. I can't afford a lousy company like Bill Brown Ford. What a waist of Time . I can't believe this place is still in business . I will never waist a second more of time with this. Place! Thanks for nada! See you never again! ---Mark R. PS .Bill Brown Sucks ass!

I was very pleased with how Bill Brown handled my issues with my vehicle and addressed my issues and concerns with a timely manner and squeezed me in to get a major issue fixed with my vehicle. The technicians and manger were accommodating and able to see the concern I had. They have exceptional care when it comes to customers having major concerns with their vehicle.Keep up the great process and work to strive customer excellence and care.

I love my new Ford Maverick. My salesman Chris Baxter was one of the best I have worked with in 30 plus year of buying cars. He was very helpful when we ran into some issues on my end of the transaction. I will drive the 70 miles to bring my business back to him and Bill Brown Ford!

Joe Hersey the manager just said to me "we have no time for you, take it someplace else". This shop was refusing to give me a quoted price for the work and I was trying to understand why. They were very unhelpful and gave me the run around every time I asked questions. I would avoid this company, bad business.I asked for them to show me what work needed to be done and they wouldn't. They said they found 5 dents other than the hood but wouldn't show me. Wouldn't show me any of the paper work or notes from their PDR guy. They just wanted me to give them my car so they could bill what ever they wanted to insurance.Update, took my car to third place and they could only find the hood and 1 dent on the fender. Bill brown was lying so they could charge more.

My husband and I test drove a Ford Mach-E last week and had a great experience working with Chris Baxter. We are getting a Mach-E through the Ford management lease program and needed to make sure that a rear-facing car seat and stroller will fit (It does -- with room to spare). Despite us visiting a bit late on Monday and no prospect of making a sale, Chris was super helpful and made sure we got all of our questions answered. The Mach-E was a FANTASTIC ride and I cannot wait to get mine.

Cant say enough about how I was treated at Bill Brown Ford. Just received my new Mustang GT. My salesperson Chris Baxter was awesome. Kept me informed through the entire process from ordering until I received my vehicle. He was as excited about my new car as I was. Every time I went to my vehicle Bill Brown staff was admiring it. I cant count how many times I was told “ beautiful car” or congratulations, your car looks great” from the staff. John in finance was helpful non pushy and took the time to assure I understood everything. Great, friendly service all around! Thank you Chris and Bill Brown! Here are some pictures of my car as I was picking it up. Did I mention I love it and it is a ton of fun!

This would be my first time going back to a dealership service center after 5 or so years since i previously had a nightmare of an experience at a different dealership service center (in Howell, MI), which is a story in itself.I came back due to the open recalls and they can only be done through Ford’s service centers.With that being said, I took my chances and went with Bill Brown Ford due to their high rating reviews. I would say those reviews are legit.Jason E. was the one who responded to my requested appointment and took care of every details to service my car. I am impressed because this was all done online and thru emails. The pickup (Lee M.) and delivery (Vaughn H) service was great and i was able to be at work while my car is being serviced.Not only were the open recalls checked and fixed, i also requested to get 4 new tires, alignment and oil change. The price was reasonably competitive and they were able to do this in just 1 day, while i was at work and received my car back the same day.There was a point where I called around 3pm to check if I’ll be able to get my car back the end of the day, and Alan from the service center mentioned not getting it done until Monday— Note that my appointment was on a Friday. I checked again with Jason E. If i can get a courtesy car, but instead he was able to get my car ready by the end of the day with no hassle.So far, I’d say i can trust Bill Brown service center. We will see how it goes in the future visits.

From start to finish, I was very pleased with every step of the purchase process at Bill Brown Ford. Zac was a perfect gentleman, professional and courteous yet kind, caring and attentive to my needs. When i picked up my new vehicle, Ryan did a wonderful job teaching me the workings of the electronics center inside the car. I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received at a very emotional time.

I was able to easily schedule my service appointment online for my 2017 Lincoln Continental. I got an email confirming my appointment, and I also received a couple of email and text reminders for my appointment.As I walked into the new quick lane service center, which is very nice and modern, I was immediately greeted by a friendly employee. She asked me for my name and pulled up my requested services. She then asked me if I wanted to add anything to my "The Works" oil change and tire rotation service. I told her that I wanted to have my tires balanced as well.I asked her if they remove all the previous balancing weights and replace as necessary based on the balancing machines report. She confidently told me that's exactly what they do.I found the waiting room to be comfortable, with television screens visible from any of the seating areas in the waiting room. I enjoyed the coffee station where I could brew a fresh cup of coffee instead of finding an old oxidized carafe of coffee that had been made earlier in the day! A very nice touch!The restrooms were very clean and easy to access from the waiting area.I'll be returning to Bill Brown Ford for all my service needs for my Lincoln Continental. Based on previous services they provided to my 2013 Fusion.Bill Brown Ford Quick Lane has serviced several of my family's non-Ford vehicles, always receiving excellent service at competitive pricing with excellent service warranties.

My wife and I were shopping around for a new car for her since her 2022 Explorer lease was about to end. I normally shop at Taylor Ford but was told by many people to try out Bill Brown, so I gave it a shot. Glad I made that decision. Sales support Rep Ryan Owens was our first point of contact. He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the entire process. We were torn between another Explorer or possibly an F-150. He ended up finding us an F-150 Hybrid. With all of the other rebates and incentives, he was able to get us the F-150 for 70 dollars a month cheaper than what we were paying for the Explorer.After all said and done, he delivered it to us and took our trade in. Everything done in the comfort of home.I am very impressed with the whole entire process. Easiest I ever have dealt with.I will definitely be returning when I get a new vehicle for myself next year.

I leased my 1st vehicle/SUV today and Rusty Karr who serviced me doing my experience a Great one. He answered all of my questions and went over my 2023 Ford Escape inside and out making it easier to operate. I must say it’s different from driving a car but I know as I continue to drive my SUV I’ll get familiar with it. I had concerns about the amount of miles I have to use each year but he reassured me what happens once my leasing agreement is over. I differently would recommend Bill Brown Fords and differently Rusty Karr. I did want a black Escape but after seeing this blue I’m sure I made the best choice.
