Certified Flooring Installation Inc. has been a trusted name in flooring installation since 1985, offering a customer-focused approach to create ideal spaces. Their team of experts guides clients through selecting the right flooring options, including carpet, hardwood, tile, laminate, and vinyl. Customers consistently praise the company's professionalism, politeness, and clear communication, noting that installers are detail-oriented and meticulous. For example, one reviewer highlighted a technician who carefully replaced padding to ensure uniformity, resulting in a perfect finish. The hardwood and carpet installation teams are especially commended for their attention to detail and high-quality work. Clients also appreciate the thorough explanations provided during the process, making the experience smooth and satisfying. However, some feedback pointed out issues with the estimator, who sold the wrong product and didn’t check the existing flooring beforehand, which caused some inconvenience. Despite this, the overall reputation remains positive, with many customers highly recommending the company for their professionalism, skill, and dedication to customer satisfaction. Certified Flooring Installation Inc. continues to be a top choice for flooring needs, combining experience and a customer-centered approach to deliver excellent results.
