This is the worst bank in Livonia Michigan. Very rude customer service. Manager not helpful at all. Make everything 10x harder than it should be. I am closing my account with them. Awful bank!!!

Not sure why this location is here as the ATM does not work most of the time and there isn’t one located inside either…

I don't know who my teller was. But she was awesome and I learned a few things. I did my best not to get upset. The way you handled the Situation .you definitely know how to do your job. The last I knew as long as you deposited a 3rd party check it was ok.as long as you had enough money to cover the check all was good. I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. Again thank you so much

I've had problems with this bank since the very beginning. Their ATM is NOT covered from the weather, so when I went to cash my checks, it wasn't working (obviously)...it ate my check and printed out an error receipt...went to get it resolved, BUT OF COURSE NOTHING WAS DONE...I'm leaving this bank VERY soon.

Horrible location. The Indian lady whatever her name is, is lazy and a liar who didn't do what she said she did on my behalf. Never returned my calls, never helped, I'm closing all of my business accounts out of Comerica very soon

I wish I could write a review specifically for their online service. I rarely need to go to a physical location since I do most of my business online. I have had good experiences in the past at branches, however I am in the process of closing my account and seeking out other options due to frustrations with their online communications. I have held a checking account with them for at least 3 years. This past year I was charged a small fee I would not have minded paying except it was not on their Fee Schedule anywhere I could find. Not wanting to make a fuss for no reason, I double checked but could not find the specific fee. So I contacted a Rep via my online account and asked what the fee was for and where to find it, explaining I had already checked the online fee schedule (btw it wasn't on my paper copy either). She stated what it was for, which made sense- but said it was listed where I had looked already. So I looked again. And couldn't find it. So I told her thank you for helping but I was still not seeing it and would just go to my local branch to straighten things out. Maybe I was blind, or maybe their fee schedule wasn't accurate, idk but clearly I wasn't getting anywhere with the rep and I felt I needed to discuss this is person, after checking AGAIN to find the fee myself. So I thought I had politely ended the conversation, yet she messaged me again stating AGAIN the fee was listed in the place I couldn't find it. Not helpful, and honestly I felt she was being obnoxious when I had ended our interaction. Because of family and work commitments I put the issue on hold and have just eaten the fee. Fast Foward a few months, to January 2018. I decided to open a savings account since I already had checking with them. I thought it was be fairly easy since I was already a customer. The online application took over an hour, possibly because I was doing it on a tablet. Not a great start but at least I could do it from home (I have transportation issues also). The app asks what the best way to contact you is and I put email because that is the truth. I have limited mobile (lifeline) service and for various reasons (work, health, etc) am not available during normal business hours. For some reason they called my home which is shared and I did not get the message right away from my housemate. Not Comerica's fault, though it could have been avoided if they emailed me. I was going out of town for work but when I got back I fired off an email asking what they needed of me to complete the app and to please contact me by email. I never heard back from a live person, yet I keep getting emails stating my application is not complete that I keep responding to(because is says you can email or call) but no answer. And now I have less than 10 days to finish the application that is incomplete on THEIR End because they won't tell me what they need! I understand security issues may prevent them from accepting any documents via email but just TELL me what you need and I can fax or mail it! Not sure why Comerica is playing coy but it's NOT cute and I'm done playing games. I'm on the hunt now for a financial institute with more modern customer service. One that when they say you can email they MEAN it. It's really I shame I feel the need to sever our business relationship since I actually had a promotional account with free paper statements and virtually zero fees. But it's time to move on.

Very rude manager. Didn't listen to customer and gave wrong information. Went to another branch and got done what I tried to get done at this branch! Was treated very well at another branch.
