The entire establishment is unprofessional. A therapist literally stated in the middle of an examination that she wasn’t qualified to perform it and I have evidence.

Great visit. Knowledgeable, courteous staff with a very positive humble environment. You're in great hands with the Concentra Crew from the point of inital contact, for me during phone call, then upon entry to facility, during service in the facility, and all the way to the exit of facility. You're confidant all is done right during the whole visit, smiling right out the exit door. Great experience Concentra, keep up the great positive work.

The doctor was horrible. I guess nobody going to that place anymore. You keep sending people to the doctor for the things that don’t have them.

They need to clean this office, it's gross and dirty looking. I also waited a very long time in the exam room. However, I will say, the electronic check in process was smooth and better than filling out paperwork.
