Clean store, but one of the worst staffs I've encountered. No one is usually at the front counter. I went in today to purchase some DayQuil. Went to check out, and no one was at the checkout counter. No problem, I figured, I'll use self-checkout.The problem is, the DayQuil is an age-restricted product. So I tried to check out, but it still had to call a clerk over. And I waited for about 5 minutes, called out "hello? Hello?" to a largely empty store, and then the clerk grumbled "I'm coming." No apologies, no smile. Just swiped her card, said "enter your date" and left.There's a much better CVS down the road at 5 and Newburgh, open 24 hours a day. I might start going a little further out of my way to go to this one (I will say, most visits to this location's pharmacy have been pleasant).

THE RUDEST PHARMACISTS-all of them, the male manager is the absolute worst and will openly and loudly verbally attack you. I have never wrote a negative review for anything, however I feel CVS needs to do a better job at the hiring those who fill my child’s medications. The only nice folks are the pharmacy technicians, but you can tell they are also scared off the pharmacy.

Doctor faxes in prescription for .5 Lexapro. Pharmacist doesn't receive it. I call pharmacy, they say they will refill anyways. I go to pharmacy... they refilled a TRIPLE DOSAGE from 2 years ago - that would have LITERALLY killed my child. CVS Pharmacy sucks. Won't ever go back. BTW - they pulled the same thing with me a few years ago at another location. Refill for back medicine, they gave me UPPERS!!! WTF??? Filed a lawsuit - pending.

Had several coupons. What I assume to be the manager as he's 70 years old, was checking me out. He told me there's nothing there. And nothing he can do about it.I simply say there's gotta be away to resolve this. He informed me "well there isn't" and that I should have my card scannable, I spend annually 4K a year at cvs. IVE NEVER HAD A CARD. And never an issue. I tell him alright well try ringing it up again. After 20 minutes of me trying to figure it out on my own like it's my f****** fault. Horrible customer service. Rude as hell. And then finally after 10+ other customers awkwardly dodging past me. He finally re rings it up. AND WHAT DO YA KNOW IT F****** WORKED. Get f******

Can't be counted on for COVID-19 testing. Went there with a reserved time slot and a 102 fever only to be told the printer was down and to come back in an hour. Called later only to be on hold for nearly 30 minutes and told there was still no way to get tested. Won't be going back.
