One of the pharmacy techs is always very rude on the phone. I cringe when she is the one that answers. Also they have updated their online website and app and it does not even show your new prescriptions when the physician renews them. Then when you call to see if you can get them filled you get snapped at by the mean pharmacy tech.

Usually very nice. I really expected more. Like when you pulled the prescriptions out of your fridge when your power went off maybe notifying those people before they went out of their way to wait in line to be told hey, 2nd week in a row you can’t pick up your meds. Oh and not only did we NOT notify you (even though we can disrupt your day with 27 other useless texts that don’t pertain to me), but they also didn’t bother to find a CVS or other location that has had power to which they can be transferred. So this medicine that you have to have daily, we are not concerned enough to look in our CVS directory to transfer your meds to or to have a quick number so you can do it if you wish. The answer was we don’t know … which really translated in my mind as we don’t care. Because honestly it would have taken a few extra minutes for someone in CVS to figure that out for ALL their customers affected and oh, maybe posted a sign if they didn’t have the energy to send another mass text. Instead each of us has to call 15 other pharmacies and wait on hold to ask the question. Thank you CVS for making it clear your customers and their health are NOT your first priority.

The pharmisict working here at 5:30 pm on December 3, 2022 was extremely rude, and either A. Incompetent, or B. lazy and dishonest, and most likely its option B. I needed to pick up a prescription (for a schedule III controlled substance) here that had been sent to a different CVS location. This is 100% allowed as verified by CVS's website. At one time some 10+ years ago it would have been illegal, but the law now allows controlled substances of schedule III and above to be transferred to a different pharmacy without doctor approval. Also, I have done this exact same thing in the past about 6 months ago at CVS. However, this pharmacist refused to attempt it or even look into it to see if she could. She said it was illegal and she couldn't do it. My guess is she was busy (it took 20 minutes for someone to even answer the phone) and she didn't want to be bothered because transferring it would have required additional work for her since she would have to fill out paper work for transferring the controlled substance. I even informed her that I had done it at another CVS pharmacy before, and tried to inform her that the law she was referring to had changed. She yelled at me that \"She's not debating this with me\" and then hung up the phone. I hadn't even been on the phone with her for 10 seconds before she hung up on me. She never once was polite and had an attitude problem from the beginning. This is the type of employee you are hiring CVS? It's required by law for all pharmacists to know the law regarding filling controlled substances, so this woman is in violation of law by claiming to think this is not allowed. I've been debating transferring my prescriptions out of CVS for some time due to constant issues and this just confirmed that is what I will do.

I'm grateful this CVS and pharmacy is 24 hours! They're the only place that stayed open 24 hours during and after the pandemic. I appreciate the convenience they provide to the Livonia community!

I wouldn’t recommend this location after being in the ER unless you are interested in being treated poorly by the pharmacist. Asked for some assistance clarifying which OTC option I was prescribed and she made me feel stupid and did not help me at all. 0/10 would not recommend

The worst EVER! Incredibly incompetent pharmacy, in the 19 years I have lived nearby, they have never got one prescription correct. Never on time, never friendly, and after not going there for a few years, today I made the mistake of dropping off a simple mouth wash Previ Dent prescription. The technician told me it would be ready in an hour. I returned an hour later, and the technician told me they did not have the medicine. Then she said they do have it...but then she said no, I asked, why couldn't that have called me....nothing...... I asked for the Supervisor, she said Sarah.... Sarah looked her and said ...does he have a question? I said no I had a complaint at which time she rolled her eyes.....I went to Walgreens, they were friendly and it took 15 minutes. NEVER AGAIN CVS#CVSSUCKS

This store has a wide variety of items. I could easily browse here and find so many more items to buy. They had a large section of makeup, hair products, hair accessories, office supplies and lots of Easter decor and Easter related items.
