This used to be my favorite pharmacy for 2 years. Every time I go they don't have my prescription ready even though I get a call several times a day saying it's ready for pickup. This would be fine but the clerks are always so rude if you ask any questions or ask them to fill it. After two times I asked when it gets put back on the shelf and they tell me 2 weeks. The next two times I came within 2 weeks and it still wasn't ready. This time my doctor ordered me ibuprofen even though I said I didn't need it. I received a call asking if I was coming to pick it up which I really appreciated but at this point I never know whether they'll have my prescription or not to plan a pickup. Since one of the times I spent 3 hours at 8pm hunting down my prescription at other CVS's, I just can't risk it anymore.

Quality of service has declined in the past year. I’m changing pharmacies as soon as I get my insurance approval. They weren’t getting medications in, then twice I found that their computer, for whatever reason or reasons, scheduled the wrong refill dates. I hate it here.

Tried to use them and after 3 years I had to leave. This location has super unpleasant workers that act like you're wasting their time. A younger tech sincerely argued with me once about a medication I'd been on for 4+ years. He told me insurance didnt cover it anymore and I'd have to pay a ton. He tried to convince me that I'd never taken the med before and told me I was confused and must have new insurance. I did not. I've received so many texts that I have meds ready so I go pick them up and the team acts like I'm an idiot when they dont have it ready yet. They did the same to my wife when I was sick and immediately needed a particular steroid for a sickness. I have two handfuls of stories about how wildly unkind, unorganized, and unwilling to help this team is. I've been so much happier after switching to a local pharmacy run by a family.

I picked up my prescriptions Vit D 50,000 unit and Augmentin both in a 2 day span with no problems. My prescriptions were ready fast and both the pharmacist and the other worker were Very Nice helping me get taken care of. Thank you.

CVS service was good and a place I would purchase from in the future and now recommend it for over the counter purchases or whatever you may need from a pharmacy and over the counter items

Employee's picking up the phone line without saying anything! Only to put you back on hold over and over again! You can hear what their doing. ? Very sad that upper management is sitting in the Bahamas as their consequences are being suffer by the employees who have to pickup the pieces and try to survive.

As I have shared with all my surveys, you need to hire techs to work with the pharamacist. It is not acceptable to have the pharmacist answer the phone, fill orders, help customers who are picking up their scripts or to answer questions. It is not possible for one person to wear all these hats??? Your customers are going to seek out other pharmacies that have enough employees to service the customers, You need techs to help the pharmacist???? Simple
