I use this pharmacy for my daughter’s asthma medication and my BP Only mainly because I can easily identify if there is an ERROR on their part. Over the years I have been given the wrong medication, someone else’s medication charged for a medication that I never received, and incorrect billing to my insurance. The wrong medication was dispensed twice with the last time being in 2024. Also I received someone else’s asthma medication with their personal information on it. Although it was the same type of medicine, the amount of times administered was different for my daughter. As far as being charged for a medication and not receiving it this was done by the actual pharmacist that was working that day… in December 2024. I picked up multiple prescriptions that day. I watched her scan all of them but one didn’t make it in the bag. Something told me to check my bag at 5& Middlebelt and sure enough my husband’s prescription WAS NOT in there! When I went back, it was sitting there at the window. Im thankful for that bc it was a controlled substance that I had to sign for and it could’ve went a totally different way . Now a couple of days ago once again I have someone else’s information stapled to my medication. My husband just experienced being text for a certain medication for a week straight reminding him to pick up his medication or it will be put back by a certain date. We get to the pharmacy, the tech asks to see the text message and she says this text is for someone else. I had to explain to her that that was the name of the medication not my husband’s name then she proceeds to say oh ot must’ve been a computer glitch bc there aren’t any refills left you need another prescription. At this point we were confused and his doctor was confused bc the prescription was written for refills I guess they were lost in the system somewhere. I have more stories about the incompetence of this particular pharmacy but this was definitely more than I was going to write. All Im going to say is CVS please do better!!!!! You’re dealing with people’s lives. Slow down for accuracy!!!!!! Train better so everyone can be on the same accord. Limit your conversation abt other employees when customers are around. It’s definitely not a good look!!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I was given a Nordstrom’s gift card purchased from this particular cvs for Christmas. I finally decided to use my gift card and the card has a $0 balance. When I went in with my receipt automatically you can tell the older lady at the counter didn’t believe me. I called Nordstrom customer service in front of the cashier and they verified that the card was stolen and used an hour after purchase in another state! The manager Mandi was like “oh well you gotta call corporate I can’t help you”. Now CVS says I have to wait 7-10 business days for them to research it. An all around terrible customer service experience.

Sophie the worker was the Nicest helpful person ever !!! I would recommend that everyone go to The Livonia Location at 5 mile and Middlebelt, because Sophie is Awesome and Soooo Nice.

This Drive Thru is the worst , there are 5 Car in Line and the pharmacies closest the window and tells me she has five phone calls. This in excusable. Happing Right Now 5:40pm

This have been my third times, the staff just told me there is no prescription sent there by my doctor. And for the third time my doctor office showed me the proof that the pharmacy all three time received the prescriptions. Maybe the staff need to give a bit of attention when they look at their system and give values to people's time.

Never have the same rx I use every month. It has to be ordered every single time. I try to order in advance to prevent running out but then they somehow dont receive the refill request from their own automated system. It's a problem any time I need something from this location.

CVS is the worst pharmacy. They have contracted so many companies to only fill with them, but lack the service and man power to properly care for sick patients who are in need and already in a fragile state. They are all about $$ and don’t have the time to worry about actually caring for their sick patients. They didn’t have “time” to figure out the insurance issue and told me to transfer my daughter’s prescription or pay the cash price. Of course they just want the money. I will NEVER step foot into another CVS. As a mother with a sick child, tonight’s encounter infuriated me! Transferred the RX at 7:56 to the Walgreens at 6 mile, had medication in my hand at 8:05! Now that’s patient care!!!!

Worst pharmacy in Livonia skip this place and go to local mom and pop place. I wouldn't ever give negative review over things they can't control but both pharmacist seem to enjoy judging and then withholding prescriptions and are pretty open about it. Used to feel sick every month at the thought of their condescending attitudes it's a shame the original pharmacist that worked here my entire life left it had gone way down hill since then and corporate couldn't care less. Best decision I ever made was just walking away finally there are so many better options. Never been treated like I was here just thinking about it months later and I figured I would write a review to save somebody else from going through it. I wish I knew names because the older women at the pharmacy was always so nice and polite to me she was the only reason I stayed as long as I did but it's just to much.

there was this worker Sophie, she’s so rude and always accusing people of stealing. she followed me and my friends around the store two days in row. We asked if the bathrooms were public and she said no, but when my friends mom came out of the bathroom she was so nice and made no comments about the bathrooms not being public. She kept harassing us. my friends mother called her out and she just ignored her. Another worker even told us he noticed and it’s getting out of hand. so unprofessional and over the top. Thanks to the worker preston, for noticing and helping us out. Sophie I hope you see this and regret doing what you’ve been doing, You could easily lose your job.

The Livonia Middlebelt store staff is always friendly and helpful. This store is clean well stock and my coupons always help with my purchases here to be a better price.
