Layona the cashier is the absolute best! She’s so kind and helpful, she’s always smiling and she makes coming to CVS a pleasure. She offered to update my phone number for my CVS card which I didn’t even know was an option! So I made the update and I’ll definitely return to this CVS location purely due to Layona’s fantastic customer service. Thanks Layona! Stay awesome :)

I had picked up a glucose monitor that was a RX, I never saw the contents till I got home. Once I opened the bag, I noticed the seal was broken, a previous patient sticker was on the packaging, and it was expired. The "Pharmacist" Mohannad Nour Eddin accused me of purchasing it from another CVS until I provided him with the receipt. He then told me that no items get returned through the Pharmacy. He stated they take pictures of the out going products, I said I also took a picture. Needless to say he did the exchange. Along with forcefully handing me the replacement, not apologizing for their error. HORRIBLE customer service! Calling corporate in the morning.

Absolutely disgusting service. Poor customer service. Printer is never working but they won’t let you know. They’ll let you sit there for at least 45 minutes and tell you “I don’t know what’s up with the computer”. NOBODY KNOWS WHATS GOING ON. I’ve been there couple of times (months in between) still same problem. I’m appalled.

This is THE slowest CVS on the planet. And it's not just the cashiers, it's the customers too. It's like this building attracts the area's slowest moving people. There is no running in quick for anything here. If you haven't got 15-20 minutes to commit to buying some toothpaste, you're better off driving a few miles to a place that has a second gear. You'll still get home quicker. This whole store is some bizarre no wake zone where efficiently is a sin. Boo.

The few times I’ve brought my grandmother here to fill her prescriptions we have been treated so nicely and patiently by an associate named Shawn. We haven’t seen him the past few times and you can feel the difference in the atmosphere. Hire someone with a bright smile and a warm attitude please.

Went in tonight and the worker was rude reaching over me while I was trying to check stock. I asked if he needed something over here and he can say excuse me amd he replied he can just grab it and hurriedly walked off, the workers here have horrible customer service and are on their way to getting cursed out. Didn't even bother buying anything, better off shopping somewhere else.

The lady that answers the phone in front was very rude and unwilling to help customers (myself) Rushed me off both of my phone calls and wasn't willing to help me pick up my order ended up canceling the order don't need that kind of disrespect

No the pharmacy team is not accurate at all.. this is the third time not receiving enough medication… it’s already enough to have to take medication but to not get enough is completely unacceptable… there needs to be a new team brought to this location… some of the women in the pharmacy attitudes are horrible… what’s even worse is I reached out to cvs customer service about these issues and nothing was done..

The customer service at the cvs pharmacy below zero satisfaction. While I was at the drive thru given the lady my date of birth, she was extremely rude about my language saying what what what are you saying with loud tune ,no manner then arrguate saying you have heavy accent saying will ask you two times only then you will come inside the store, so I wrote the DOB on a piece of paper .. it's discrimination not accepted at all.. I go to the same location for over 18 years it's my first time having this experience.. she start to laugh with the othe colleague while muting the voice .. I am very disappointed .
