Couldn’t be happier with my decision to switch to Statefarm. Not just because of the 25% savings per month either. My agent Dana was so knowledgeable and willing to educate me on what policy was best for me. From home and auto to life insurance, she covered it all. If I could give zero stars, I would. Any time I would call the office during "open hours" I would always end up leaving a message and no one got back to me. Eventually, I got to the point where I started searching elsewhere and asked to cancel my policies and magically they called me back. They talked me into staying by saying they have the best discounts but it's not true. The beginning of this month I asked to cancel all three of my policies and I was told they were cancelled and it takes a few weeks for their system to catch up so I'll still see a bill. When I was talking to Nikki while trying to cancel my policies I was told they would be active until I signed papers that she was going to send me. Well, I never got those papers. I then got a confirmation that they were cancelled so I thought everything was set. Well, it wasn't. I reached out yesterday after I got a text message that they were attempting to charge my card and when I reached out I was told my policy was still active. I have insurance through another carrier and because of their incompetence I've had to take time away from work to get this straightened out. I won't even get into the mess they created with my family's insurance. Honestly, do your research and consider all avenues because this one is a one way dead end and it's not worth it. Oh and don't talk to Nikki unless you enjoy being talked down to.

This insurance company is a complete JOKE! They send letters in the mail and state to call them with any questions and when you do call them, they can’t even find the letter in their program. Such a joke! Also, be aware they will send surveyors out to your house (without warning you) to inspect your home and the. Send you a letter that things need to be fixed within a time limit with licensed contractors, or they won’t renew your policy. I am going to have the work done because I plan to sell my house within the next year but I will also be taking my business elsewhere. I refuse to give them anymore money. Not to mention every year they raise my car insurance rate.

I would give 10 stars if I could. I’ve looked into life insurance for some time now, never felt confident moving forward with anyone. David was more than patient with all of my questions, ensuring I understood everything thoroughly. I never once felt like he was trying to “pitch” or “sell” anything to me. Most people, like myself aren’t educated with life insurance… and it is big decision to make for you and your family at the end of the day. Extremely happy being able to trust someone and move forward with ease. Highly recommend!
