I drove there to get a dent repaired from my granddaughter's bicycle handle bar grip. 1st 40 min drive no one was there during there posted hours , 40 min each way! 2 nd trip my wife took the car there for me during again "there" posted business hours and again no one there. ( she called before going)! He said it was slow and he was doing mobile work to stay busy! 3rd trip! Shame on me! Finally get an older gentleman who half a** looks at it and tells me the cost will be $360.00 and a 3 hour wait and also told me I would still see a crease line after he was done. Went to HarborFreight bought a suction cup $2.39 and popped it right back in place. The (crease line was handle bar rubber grip material) what a scam this business is.

This places makes magic happen. It is not the cleanest or most professional shop, but they do incredible work! They are honest and their pricing is fair. What more could you ask for? I would recommend this shop to anyone looking.

The guy Simon is rude as @%*k. Called him Friday, asked if he was open on Saturday (replied nope), no big deal. Texted him the photos. Never heard nothing back for 4 days. Called him back today, he's totally oblivious - obviously never looked at it. Says you need to bring in here. Thats what I tried to do on Friday. So he actually checks the photo says $350-400. No big deal seems fair to be honest. I asked him can you get the dent out. His exact word were I just cant get the edge? What do you mean edge? Can you get the dent out fully? He goes what did I tell you I told you twice already. Nice manors buddy. Apparently he was implying paint. Which was fine - I didn't have a problem with that. But the guy needs people skills. I told him I'll take my business elsewhere.***UPDATE TO OWNERS RESPONSE***Putting words in your mouth? Dude you’re disorganized and have selective listing skills. Brand new never came out of my mouth. Now you’re reaching in pure desperation to try and not look wrong/hot head in front your customer base. I stated, I wasn’t worried about the paint. I said I could get it from the dealer. Than why would I pay you 3-400 for a dent not to be fixed than? A small dent. Can you fix the dent it's a Yes or No answer. Obviously it’s too complex of a repair for you.

Called to see how their business works wether or not I had to setup and appointment or just come in for an estimate. The person who answered the phone said to send them pictures then asked what kind of vehicle it was and where the dent was. I gave him the year make and model and continue to tell him how the dent happened he then cuts me off says no can’t do it this is a paint less dent repair which is fine because no paint is missing it is DENTED. Pretty much brushed me off then asks to still send him pictures. No thanks.reply: I never mentioned anything about a fender. It was the bottom of the door that is dented. This review is about your customer service and attitude, which leads to not doing business with you so I can’t review your work.

Simon truly blessed me! Amazing work! Highly recommended, I called to see if he could do an almost impossible job on two of my doors that was hit by a deer, what should’ve cost a couple thousand end up costing pennies compared to what it should’ve! He fixed my doors in a matter of hours and had them restored to look brand new! I’m so pleased and could not thank him enough! Very personable and professional! Thank you so much Simon and blessings to you!❤️

The dent removal dude, Simon is a master craftsman/old school and that is hard to find these days. . I took my 2005 Impala SS up there on Nov 1st and it was like getting my oil changed. He repaired the dents on the passenger fender....which I had tried ( and shouldn't have) to "pop out" from the inside of the fender well. Not only did he fix what I messed up plus the two dents in the driver's fender, he did it all while I waited in the car and the price was a hell of a lot less than having a body shop fix and repaint both fenders. If you have dents, small or large, check these dudes out, you wont be sorry and you'll save a boat load of cash.

Simon is the man! Had a dent in an area of my F150 that the other guys in town wouldn't touch, and he made it look like nothing happened. Great guy, fair price. Thanks again!

Simon did a wonderful job on my vehicle. The dent was much bigger than I thought, which he showed me. He is professional, polite and reasonably priced. Ms. Toni is grateful. Thank you Simon for all you've done.

Excellent dent repair on my Buick LeSabre. It was a cheaper repair from a previous shop but the wrinkle is still visible on the front fender. It was repaired and it was not visible at all afterwards. The wrinkle was so minor that it cannot be captured in images. It was that small!

My car had dents on the roof from branches falling on it. I decided to check out this place because my family told me to since they have had cars fixed before and were happy with it. I went to get an estimate, and it would cost 650$, which is a lot of money, especially for a second-year college student saving up for tuition. I went to a couple of other shops, and one was charging 600, and another one was going to charge 1200, but I decided to go with Simons place. I went home and called, but Simon did not pick up, so I decided to drive down there and make an appointment in person since I live 5 minutes away and did not mind the drive. When I arrived, he was talking to his friends in his office, so I waited until he was done and asked when is a good time to take my car in, and we decided on the following day as soon as he opens. And then I asked him if there is any way to bring the price down, and his whole attitude changed. Now I understand if he would get annoyed at me asking for the price to change since it is a complete Karen move, but instead of saying politely, "no, sorry I cannot do that" Simon got up into my face. I have no clue if he was trying to intimidate me or what he was doing and told me a story about how he has this guy that works on his cars, and he pays him 400 even though others can get it done for 200, and he does that because the guy he pays gets it done. And then Simon told me to stop arguing and bring the money. I was not even close to arguing with him at all. I only asked a simple question if he could lower the price down. But I sucked it up and told Simon that 12:30 tomorrow works and went home. After I got home, I got a phone call from Simon saying he missed my call, not knowing that it was me, and I went down to his shop already. I told him that it's me on the phone, but before we ended the phone call, I asked one more question just for my reassurance since I love my car and I'm scared to have people work on it. I asked, "you told me you guarantee the dents to be 90% gone right" to which he replied something like, "stop asking questions, if you are going to question me, take your car somewhere else. Just bring your car down tomorrow" (in the rudest way possible) I was shocked at the way he responded to my question, and I hung up the phone. Simon might be good at fixing up your car, but god, he needs to learn how to have better customer service. I have never met some as rude as Simon, and this is my first time writing a yelp review since I have never felt the need to until this day. If I was annoying, I am sorry, but part of being a business owner is sucking up to your customers, and if you can't do that, I am sorry because you will lose customers.
