We bought our treadmill from Exercise Warehouse and had an overall great experience. Matthew was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. He was easy to communicate with and made the entire process enjoyable. I liked that we were able to test out the treadmills in store. Delivery was smooth and professional. Can't recommend enough!

We had a great experience with Exercise Warehouse! Matt helped us with our purchase and he was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He helped us find a treadmill within our budget without any pressure. The two young men who helped with delivery and assembly (Joe and Justin) were were also great. They were very punctual, efficient and extremely helpful. We would recommend Exercise Warehouse to anyone in the market for decent exercise equipment!

Finally found a functional trainer (power rack with cables) that checked all the boxes. Matt was great in helping me pick out all of the equipment I was looking for, including bumper plates, new barbell, attachments, flooring, etc. The install price on the flooring and set up was more than fair. I'm very happy with the entire process and quality of the equipment.

Matt suggested the Bodycraft F770 Hyperextension/Roman Chair when I stopped in to see what they had available.
Not only is this beautiful piece of equipment solid, safe, heavy duty, but it is adjustable in three areas so that people of different heights can use it comfortably. The waist pad is adjustable in three settings so you can work your back, butt, obliques, etc.
Matt had shown me the Bodycraft squat rack in the store to explain the quality I was getting, and he showed me pictures of the bench online because it was in a box. So, I took it home not really know how big or heavy it would be.
I could not be happier with this purchase! It felt like Christmas morning setting up this beautiful addition to our weight room!
Thank you Matt! If I talk my husband into the functional trainer, I’ll be back to see you!

Great customer service and excellent price!The motor I ordered for my treadmill was on back-order, so FPW contacted me to ensure I wanted to wait for the order to come through. They called me and emailed me to ensure I was notified. They gave me an estimated time to fulfill the order and beat their estimate by a several weeks. Awesome customer service.The motor I ordered arrived in in good condition because it was packaged well. The installation instructions were easy to follow - my treadmill was running again in less than an hour.I looked at more than 8 websites, including ebay for the motor and it was $100 cheaper on FPW than any other site.The treadmill is like new and I couldn't be happier! Thanks, FPW. I'll be back if I need more parts, so hopefully never, but it's more than likely I'll return.
