I shopped 10/13/2023. Looked hours up online, it said 8pm. Drove 15 minutes to get there at 6:50pm and be told as soon as I walk in the door “You have 10 minutes until we close.” as soon as I came in. No good evening or anything.The man told me exactly where I could find what I was looking for, but the prices were too high. The area was also very disorganized. The one shoe I was looking at for it’s price was not available in my size. When the man from the front door who told me I had 10 minutes to assist me, he had a terrible and over powering body odor.I left the store at 6:58pm. When I went to leave he had to run in front of me to unlock the door and “let me out”. I cannot believe he locked the door before closing with a customer inside. I will not be back.

The website needs to be updated. Site says close at 8 pm. I drove here and they're closed. Sign says 6pm, it wasn't even 6 and the doors were locked. Waste of time!

Got here five minutes before store closed at 6pm on Sunday. So 5:55 and the doors were locked with customers inside. All I had was a pick up!

We took my 93 year old grandmother to look for shoes. She cannot walk well and needed to use the restroom we were told that they wouldnt let us take her to the restroom there. We had to walk her somewhere else when they do have a restroom that has been used before by other customers.

I purchased gym shoes for my son online on July 22, and never received notice that the shoes were available for pick up at the Livonia, Michigan location. I called the store on July 29th and was told the shoes were there, and I could come get them. I was not told I had to be there by a certain time frame. On July 31st I went to the store, the sales associate grabbed the shoes from behind the counter, she was literally able to see it in her system exactly what shoes I was picking up. The shoes were already purchased online by my credit card with the company so all I was doing was picking up. She would not allow me to leave with the shoes. Her manager Pamala also did not allow me to take the shoes. She claims she can't find it in the system, but then why are the shoes behind the counter and how did you know after looking me up which shoes I was there to pick up? I tried calling customer service for assistance and was told by two associates over the phone they can see my order. I had to purchased the same exact shoes AGAIN with my credit card, use my reward points, before Pamala would allow me to leave the store with them. so now I have two charges on my store card for the exact pair of shoes. No one will give me a refund. I spoke with Jake in customer service and he told me I would have to call back with the receipt number and store number before he could file a complaint to the district manager because he did not believe my story. I am a single mother who is just trying to get shoes for my son. Unacceptable! I felt so humiliated in the store being treated like a liar and a thief instead of the long term customer.

Website says they are open until 8, hours on door actually say 9. We drive almost 30 minutes, get there at 658pm and they are closed
