Arrived at 5:45pm on a Saturday to simply make a copy, person holding the door stating they were closed. I thought this was a Detroit practice of closing businesses in this fashion but I see the laziness of Detroit is creeping out to Livonia now. Employees need to be terminated for this kind of behavior. If a business hours of operation is open till 6pm, it means just that, it doesn't mean as an employee you're getting in your car at 6 PM and driving home. I am not sure how and where this business practice was ever accepted but here we are.

DO NOT GO HERE. Take your business to the UPS store. The employees lock the door at 6:50pn when the sign says they're open until 7pm. Then they yell out the window at you "We're closed." The employees at this store are rude and will not help you. It's best to take your business elsewhere.

I've never had any problems with FedEx. They have always delivered the package on time, and sometimes they get here before schedule

I went in to get a few posters laminated (posters that were $50 each from a convention) and the tall girl who had long braids laminated them for me and didn't even center it right so two of them came out horribly... if I would've known that a complete idiot was going to mess up my posters I would've just did it myself. I told her the one part wasn't even laminated, the paper was sticking out, she asked me if I could print another copy. If I came to get posters laminated don't you think that they're important. If you don't know how to do it properly tell me so I can do it myself, don't have morons operate the lamination machine if they don't know how to center a simple piece of paper. Do not recommend anyone going here. Horrible service.

Driver skips my delivery and says it was closed. The driver did not attempt to call or text to get let in the gate. I called and customer service did nothing. I'm tired of what I called Covid workers. They are lazy and do the bare minimum.

Needed to ship a Nintendo switch. Two employees, no customers, used a box that was 3x too big and stuffed it with 60% paper, taking 20 mins to do so. Ended up costing twice as much as it should have. Asked if it would be more to ship the larger box, employee got snippy and said, "I have no idea." Usually never leave reviews, but I was the only one there and it seemed I could not have been more of an inconvenience to the employees.

I visited this location on December 20th and yes there was a line. If you expect there to not be a line to ship packages during the holidays, you're an idiot. Paul was incredibly helpful and friendly in shipping out my 3 packages. There were a lot of people waiting but he gave me his full attention and made sure that all of my packages were going to fit into the right size boxes. He double checked my addresses and phone numbers and made sure I had all my tracking information before I left. All of the other employees were also working super diligently, either helping other customers or taking phone calls. There was even an employee from a different location helping out. This crew is outstanding and I can sing their praises enough.

The store seems to have underwent a transformation or at minimum in the process of such. Seems to be a lot more organized and they seem to be updating the fixtures along with the customer service which was exemplary. I do not know whether that was due to the fact that the individual named Paul who helped me an older white male medium build in a button down shirt had a name tag that said district manager. Whether he was there evaluating the store or something or to fix it up he is doing an excellent job. There was a line out the door to the fact that the motion detector kept beeping at the door because someone had to stand in the vestibule and with only three staff at that location they were stepping out and trying to expedite service requesting anybody who already had tagged shipments to step to the front of the line. Then to also find time to stop from behind the counter and see that one of the machines was not working properly and switching settings on the copies they're for offering me a credit for any improper copies. The fact that only these three team members were able to multitask this efficiently and expedite the service any kind and courteous manner in the way that they did in the amount of time that they did should definitely go noticed. It is a vast change from the previous interactions at this location I hope it can continue. now only if they could fix the store on Greenfield and Ford road which is beyond reprehensible the way they treat their staff and customers this might actually be progress for the brand but I highly doubt anyone pays attention to these reviews on a more but it's worth a shot.

I stopped by this store today, a Saturday morning, to look into printing insert cards for my baby shower. I was going to attempt the self serve, instead Latoya, one of the two employees working, offered to do it for me. I'm not very tech savvy so we wanted this to get done correctly. I emailed her my files and she printed them off and I was on my way. While we waited for my email to find its way to the FedEx email box, we exchanged friendly conversation making what could have been a rather boring chore, pleasant. She was engaging to other customers that walked in, while still assisting me, and in a conversation I overheard her having with her co-worker, I could tell she cared about him as a person. Many folks these days take to social media to write bad reviews. This mundane chore today could have been just that, but Latoya appeared happy to be at work this morning and I was happy she was there to help me. I hope she sticks around because I will be back next tome I need something printed or shipped. Have a great day!

Stopped by to return some AT&T boxes. The associate I worked with was very knowledgeable and made my trip very easy and quick. The workers were polite and considerate. The store was kept neat and clean also.

BEWARE: local fax is only 734 area code. I sent 4 pages to a 313 number and paid almost $8. Then when I tried to print I waited around until one of the 3 employees present came to assist and tell me that their printer is down and I would have to do it myself on print&go. Okay no problem, when I tried to print, the margins were set so that the page I wanted to print kept coming on 2 pages each. At that point I just walked out and went somewhere else! Horrible location!

I was initially wary about going to this FedEx drop off location due to the numerous negative reviews, but it was the closest location. Both visits to this store were great. Rosie helped me both times and I was helped immediately. She quickly helped me with what I needed and thanked me for coming in. I appreciate her professionalism and friendliness.
