"My time working as a maintenance tech at FedEx Ground Livonia was nothing short of a nightmare. I felt consistently underutilized and undervalued by the management, which was undoubtedly the worst I have ever experienced. The supervisor fostered a toxic work environment, ignoring issues brought to their attention and instead choosing to discipline employees who dared to speak up. There was a severe lack of training for management in handling diversity and developing people skills, leading to a workplace rife with favoritism and disregard for company policies regarding fairness and safety.The HR department proved to be utterly useless, as any concerns raised were swept under the rug rather than addressed. In my time there, I witnessed multiple team members leave or transfer to other facilities due to the poor management in the maintenance department. The overall consensus among employees was overwhelmingly negative, with no positive feedback about this location. Working at FedEx Ground Livonia was a regrettable experience that I would not wish upon anyone seeking a respectful and supportive work environment."

The customer area feels like a jail. Not a very welcoming experience to pickup a package.

I couriered my package 1/24 and i was supposed to get on 1/27 but I couldn’t after a week i got wrong parcel and my package is missing i called customer care so many times but they didn’t respond properly now it’s been two weeks and my package is missing and no one has answer about my package.

Received a notification stating “we tried to deliver” at 2:08 today. Not true I have cameras and no one even walked to the house. No door tag either. I took the day off work specifically for this package. Now I have to delay holiday travel to wait for another attempt.

The only reason I had to come here was because the delivery driver kept coming to my home while I was at work! They told me that I could come to the warehouse and pick up my package. It wasn't there and I had to come back again the next morning to get it.

The driver delivered only part of my order today. This is the second time from this facility. FedEx customer support is none existent, this is ridiculous.

By far the best delivery today, I believe he told me his name was kassem he had excellent costumer service and was very nice. my package was delivered safely by this young man!!!

After a long day at work. I came home to my package sitting in the rain. Not on my covered porch just a foot away. Very disappointed this is the service I get. I feel like I should be compensated. The vendor isn't at fault so I'm not saying anything to them. It's the drivers lack of caring.

Nothing but enabled thieves hereThey can lie about delivering, the location of the drop, the time of the drop and their customer support is going to tell you to contact the seller. The prompt they select on their device becomes some undisputed truth and you then have the burden of proof that it never happen. And you’ll have camera footage and no package but they’ll still act like their unsupervised driver did EXACTLY what they said they did.If you see a package coming from FedEx, you may just want to cancel it. But you can roll the dice if you’d like
