It was 2 ladies that works here, made me and my son uncomfortable the day December 27 2024 morning......it was an employee that was very rude. She had a smart rude mouth Ignored it for my son, and she was very rude to an elderly lady.....me and the elderly had difficulty with the self checkout....the elderly lady complained about the machine not giving her change back and the employee was really mean about it.......it was too early for her attitude and a slimmer younger lady followed me and my son around the store......I will never go back to that location

The staff was somewhat helpful. I was surprised to find out five below does not accept EBT food stamps or cash I thought for sure I would be able to get snacks with that but you learn something new every day.

Went there to start my Christmas shopping, because online it stated that 5 Below carried a certain toy. It didn't ready have it. They did have 1 of the small assessory.

I was looking for a clear, stadium purse. Hoping a fanny pack or sling type. They only carried a lunchbox style. It's too big for stadiums or concerts. They need to be only 5"-6" square to be acceptable.

I asked for help and the young girl didnt help me she said if you dont see it there we dont have it. mind you when i went in a different location it was there. Then im at the self checkout you come to help and said ill do it mind you i asked for help but clearly 10 mins ago you didnt wanna help find what i was looking for or tell me hey it could be over in that section. Then why are you telling customers you hate it here and they dont pay much. She is going to quit soon as she tells the customers. Im sorry I think its not professional to say that out loud. No one signed you up to work their or even come in that day.

MANAGER GAVE NUMBER OUT
Edit ; 6/15 I talked to a manager named Barb today , she said she will handle it ? very nice and professional compared to the manager I spoke with yesterday and the associate autumn ray ( who harasses every customer she has had a pass with that comes into her job ) I don’t think you should work at a place so public in your hometown if YOU have a problem with everybody ..
EDIT :I called the manager yesterday 6/14 at 1:00pm to resolve the problem BEFORE I TAKE MATTERS INTO MY OWN HANDS , the manager gave my number out to autumn Ray JoLynn and her minions that want to “jump me “ she acted slow when I called and acted like she didn’t know how to look up a google review … but clearly seen it hah.(I also have a recording of this conversation with the slow manager ) ALSO she messages her friend every single time someone she doesn’t like comes into her job. GIRL QUIT !! clearly you have to many OPPS
This is very much illegal and I’ll be contacting HR and nobody in that place will have a job ! ?
6/12 There is a disgusting nasty girl there name autumn on second shift who is disrespectful and rude. She talks about deceased babies , and I really hope you guys do not have someone like this representing your business ? autumn ray jolynn

Not like it used to be. First time here in about 5 years and they have nothing good and seems like the stuff they sell is geared towards little kids and not teens/young adults. Wow, never coming back to this place ever again.

The self registers are almost always closed and there will be a line to check out. Other than that it is clean and organized. Staff is friendly and willing to help
