This store need to open on time people out here is waiting?

Got to the store around 11:15, hours say it’s open at 10am. Door is locked with no one in sight. Tried calling the store to see if the wrong time was listed, no one answered.

Closed during most "open" times. Caught the employee smoking something in his car. He was quick to put it out and come inside when I walked in.
