This used to be my favorite store in area, sadly the customer service has become really bad and uncomfortable. I think I’ll have to visit the 12 oaks mall store from now on.

It’s Amazing that this large store stays so clean and organized. Everything is sized which is hard thing to keep consistent. Everyone is helpful and seems to enjoy working there. The girl at the check out was amazing. had a ton of stuff for back to school and the checkout was really fast and she could have a conversation while cashing me out. Love a good multi-Tasker! Great location at Laurel Park! Thank you!
I’m actually shocked at some of the reviews. I managed retail for over 10 years and I come here a lot. I’ve never had a bad experience and it’s impressive that it’s always well stocked, sized and the employees are great. Cashing out always seems to be a nightmare at most places and this one goes quick.

H&M definitely is my go to place for inexpensive quality clothes! They are the perfect place for modest and stylish clothing. If you’re into capsule wardrobe! You’re in luck! For the entire family. I always love finding a good deal on clearance items.

Emma the manager was very rude. she took all the other cutomers and came to the back and told me they were closed and she couldnt ring me up. now my daughter dont have a dress for her fathers funeral in the morning. Emma deserves to be fired

Not a great selection of "full sized" clothing. The shirts are $40 for a half of a shirt. Not a great place to shop for "older" ladies. Cashier was great and upbeat, customer service not so much. The people working the floor were too busy visiting with people that came to just stand in the middle of the floor, talk, swear and act like A-holes to people trying to shop, giving dirty looks.Meant for the younger crowd. I won't be shopping here anymore.
