I stopped by the store today between 1:30 - 2:30pm. The associate handling the self-checkout had horrible customer service skills. Her attitude was pitiful, when I asked her for help. Yikes!

It's always a pleasure to go to the Home Depot. They always give great costumer service. If the delivery drivers can do a better job on their deliveries a where more professional. This would definitely be a fove star review.

Home Depot is the store I usually go to for home maintenance. It is well stocked and usually has everything. I am looking for. If I can not find something I look for a person who works there and then he or she helps me. If I needed help loading anything, there is always someone to help lift and put things in my car.It is a great place for senior citizens because the staff is knowledgeable and eager to help you

The Livonia store is very well stocked and organized. Some other stores could take lessons. Also the tool rental crew are funny and informative. Great service

I visited Home Depot. I was in and out in no time. I went to look for outdoor Christmas Lights. They had them in stock. I made my purchase and was out within 10 minutes. The store was clean and organized. The customer service was excellent, because I serviced myself. I scanned my own items, I bagged my own items and I processed my own payment. I deserve a raise! I recommend this Home Depot location. I will visit this store again.

I rented a truck, service was great and I was happy with the truck, it was clean with a full tank of gas. If I have to rent a truck my preference is to use Home Depot, you can’t beat the price!

I have been to this store several times and had the same result trying to find someone. Associates are no where to be found, then when you do find an associate it is the same rude attitude of “that’s not my department” and have no ambition to help you find the right person after they look at you annoyed that you would even ask for help. It’s worth the drive to the canton store.
