We have had an exceptional experience working with Maia at State Farm. She is always quick to respond to questions. We also experienced a very helpful conversation with Kevin regarding the details of our homeowners policy. We used to insure our vehicles with another large insurance company but switched because State Farms rates were significantly lower for the exact same coverage.

I have used State Farm for my insurance needs all of my 40+ years of needing insurance. The biggest reason for staying with them is that I have had awesome agents with awesome assistants. Recently, one of my favorite agents I ever worked with retired, so I needed to find a new one. I called a couple of agencies near me, but just didn't feel comfortable after the initial conversation. Then, I called Kevin Mlynek's office late in the day and he answered my call. He was very friendly and took the time to talk to me and answer all of my questions. He even took the time to tell me about Nicole and other members of his staff, who I would interact the most with. He told me how helpful and knowledgeable they all were and he was right. They are awesome! Any question I call with always gets answered or any request I have is always taken care of.
I am very appreciative of the caring and prompt service I always get from Kevin and his team! Thank you!

Nicole and the rest of the staff there are great. I have been a customer for several years and they have always been very helpful. Anytime something is needed they get right to it and they always follow thru, which is very important. I can't say enough good things about the agency. It is a pleasure having someone that will take care of things in a timely manner.

I am in the mortgage industry and work with Kevin and his team consistently. I have worked with many different insurance agents and teams but I can honestly say he is in the top .000001% of agents!! He is extremely knowledgable and understands almost any clients situation, if you want to find out anything about insurance Kevin is the guy to call. Thats who I call :)

Wow, talk about responsive and helpful! I worked with Michael Smith out of this office, and he got everything I needed done within HOURS. Totally amazing. I've never had such good service from an agent. I moved my homeowners, 2 cars and a camper all under State Farm and I'm so happy I did. I saved a bunch of money too! Thank you!
