fairfoodprogram.org Kroger made Mega Millions during COVID but can't sign up for the fair food program to help farm workers, wow! It's a penny per tomato so I guess when you make loads of money, who cares who works in the sun 12 to 14 hours.

Not worth your time to shop at. They don't open hardly any checkouts. Their service desk is barely open. You have to stand in line for over half an hour to buy three items. It's not worth it. There's so many people in line in there, and they barely got anything open to check you out. I'm done with the store.

I tried to do a click list order. Got a notification that my order was ready. I went there and waited for almost 40 minutes. There appear to be one maybe two people working. I ended up going in and just asking if I could grab my groceries. They then it for me. They're only three out of my 20 items have been shopped. They were so understaffed and overwhelmed in there. I feel bad for them. I told them to please cancel my order and refund my money and left. I then got a call the next day that wasn't very nice telling me that I have until 8 PM to pick up my groceries and they did not appreciate me no-showing for my pick up. I've tried calling the Kroger corporate line, but could never get through to anyone. Total train wreck.

I could walk to this store from my front door, but prefer to drive to anywhere BUT here. crappy parking lot (Kroger owns the property), understocked and understaffed, astronomical prices compared to Meijer, Busch's, and even the other mom and pop smaller grocery stores. IF I have to go to Kroger - I'll drive to 5 and Haggerty, or 6 and Haggerty.

This supermarket really reminded me a lot of what we have in the San Francisco Bay area, and that would be Safeway. The overall look of the store was pretty nice, and I thought that the isles and the products were pretty well organized, neat, and the store was pretty clean in general. I really liked that. Our shopping experience here yesterday was pretty nice and comfortable too. We went there on a Monday during daytime, and the place wasn't overly packed. The products could've been better stocked, especially their pop selection, but other than that we were able to find almost everything that we were looking for. I especially enjoyed the baked goods section, which offered items that were a little bit different than what I typically would see in the bay area, which was very exciting to me :)

I was in line almost 1 full hour Sunday. Not all of the lanes were open. Prime shopping time and not enough baggers. Lines down every aisle prevented access to store goods. Even in off times the store is not appropriately staffed. Which amazes me given self-check out has the customers doing all of the work.

Today was my last time in this Kroger. I went in looking for a few things, one of which I couldn't find. I stopped three different employees, all of which told me that they couldn't help me they were "shopping" for online customers. Two more tried to help, then gave up. To add insult to injury when I went to pay for the items I did find, two of the three "self checkout " areas were closed, for no specific reason. Only two real registers and the one self checkout section. The lines were down the aisles to the back of the store. I just left my basket and walked out. I have been shopping at this Kroger for 20+ years, and in the last several I have grown to hate it. Today I smiled as I walked out, knowing I will never be back.

Small aisles, mostly bad produce, not enough lanes ever open, parking is ridiculous. Better off driving to Northville. Need I say more?

Unfortunately this Kroger is the closest Kroger to us but is by far the worst. They have a horrible job keeping things in stock, this is not due to Covid either we have been shopping here for about 2 years now so this was the same issue before Covid. I truly feel bad for the staff here as most are just miserable, never friendly and if you ask for help or anything you get a one word answer. It's truly sad to see so many people working that just don't seem happy, I do blame the corporation ... maybe treat your people better. While it presumptuous of me to think this I can't imagine all these people are miserable outside of this store. There is one exception to this store, I will say I absolutely love a cashier named Dylan, always friendly and always helpful. ALWAYS. So polite and friendly. If we are in a pinch, we try to run here but have started frequenting our old Kroger on Ann Arbor road. Completely day and night between the two locations.
