They do a good job. The shortage of help can be frustrating, but I understand.

If your thinking about trying to get a rotisserie chicken meal think again, the guy behind the counter stared at me for about 10 minutes and would walk towards me like he was going to finally ask me what can I get you then would walk away and continue to yap on his phone and ignore me. I ended up leaving and not getting anything after all that, because he clearly didn’t wanna serve me, and was completely oblivious that I was standing right in front of the counter waiting for him to ask me what I wanted or needed. Absolute joke of a worker and needs to be checked.

I love Kroger’s because they have everyday groceries and even ethnic selections. From Chinese rice noodles to Mexican sauces and spices. I look for the things I need when Icooking at Kroger’s.

The store was fine, I have no complaints other than an employee. I was checking out and out self check out register needed an employee, and I didn’t get her name but it was an older woman white all white hair, maybe around 40- 50 years of age if I had to guess. She was very rude with her attitude and was slamming out items multiple times and got an attitude about it not going on the conveyer belt after she scanned it and then proceeded to slam it with an attitude. I don’t know if any else had this issue but this was my experience.

I shop at this Kroger often, as it’s my most convenient grocery store. But I’ve been disappointed often, with a lack of inventory and a dirty store.
Usually low stock on produce, and milk. The meat fridges are never clean, especially the organic chicken area is really gross.

The store up hold setemic racism. You can hold an item in your hand without being accused of steeling. Just why. You make it more back in profits and insurance policy. It's just racism.

The employees, especially the cashiers, are the most despicable people, and this is not the first time they have behaved so badly with the customers. I wish they would teach them good manners before accepting them to work. I am talking about the majority of the Kroger workers in general.

We have used Kroger pick up for years. Over the last few months, our local Kroger has let us down several times with their Pickup service. Since June, our grocery orders are routinely delayed several hours, if not pushed to the next day.
Tonight, our groceries were delayed again. When we went to pick them up, we were unable to check in with the store because it was past our pick up window, even though the store told us to arrive by 8 PM. We waited over an hour for someone to help us retrieve our groceries.
No one answered our phone calls, no one saw us getting out of our car and flagging them down, and when we did speak to someone inside of the store, we were told that the manager was “in the back somewhere and not answering their pages”.
We are very disappointed with the quality of customer service we have been receiving from our local Kroger.

The click list pick up is terrible here. Our order is always delayed no matter what time of day we place an order. When we do get a call and we're told to come before 9 pm, we can't even check in. When I call the store and eventually get someone, they just say " no one is available...you'll have to come later". That is not an option! This isn't the first time this has happened.

Even though Joseph was the only one working in produce. He immediately helped me find what I was looking for. It's rare to find someone like him that was willing to help with a smile.

The employees at this Kroger are some of the rudest, most willfully ignorant, unhelpful, unmotivated, unprofessional group of people I’ve ever seen pieced together working in the same building. I have witnessed managers and cashiers verbally abuse their mentally handicapped fellow coworkers in front of customers without a care in the world. I have witnessed employees behind the customer service desk, of all places, raise their voice and not only create but PERPETUATE an argument with a customer because the customer asked a question that required more of an explanation than the employee could articulate or felt like giving. Additionally, the shelves are never stocked and they are consistently out of the same products day after day. I now only go to this location to return bottles/cans and will enthusiastically drive extra miles to Meijer or a different Kroger.
