“I went to this store to get some bourbon and I met Mason who works there.He is an awesome guy and has a lot of patience to show around , explain about some good products ..answer any questions I had .I bought some good bourbon and tequila and pleased with his recommendation…good stuff.
On my next visit there was another employee Haley and she was amazing too..very friendly and polite.I would highly recommend this store for your bar needs ..go check them out”

“Wonderful spot for your go to alcohol needs. The staff is extremely helpful and always kind. Seriously- we were looking for a 500mL beer to chug for a fantasy football draft order, and the guys were helping my husband look through their selection. We found one, and had a nice chuckle. “It's not just a liquor store. It's a mini Mart and they serve hot, prepared food all afternoon sand evening. It's spotlessly clean and everyone who works there is actually nice, not just pretending to be while you're in their face. They had a huge selection of items, enough where is I didn't want to go to a Walmart, and who wants to do that.”

“I love this place. But unfortunately the customers there can be rude. Awhile ago a guy yelled at me in front of everybody because he thought I didn't say excuse me when I tried to get thru. He didnt hear me say it so he got mad and tried embarrassing me in the store. He wouldn't even let me say anything as I was trying to explain to him I did say excuse me but he must of not heard me. But the guy kept yelling over me and didnt let me speak.
Then today Im waiting in line for some hot food. I was next in line but another guy cut in front of me and ordered his food when I was clearly next. So I got cold food instead and left. The people here are nice but the customers that go in here are plain rude.
So unfortunately I will not be going here anymore”

“*SUMMIT* Appropriate name for this landmark in our community. I grew up in Old Rosedale Gardens. Oldest neighborhood in Livonia and I am 46yrs old to provide context for the reader. We call "Summit" FRANKS. The owner has known me since he bought it in 1990 I want to say... Frank is family to us, my friends and I. My friends are now Livonias garbage, fire, police, city officials, our cities lawyers and in some cases our criminals.. Frank knows ALL of "us" His family is our family.. don't have a bad day and take it out on Frank, I might be the guy standing behind you lol.. If you want to know the real side, the edges of our community and the mortar of it go talk to Frank and buy something.. His store is a museum for everything from your childhood and if you like pop culture and art, go talk to Frank. I'm a professional artist and philanthropist now thanks to the help of this man. I came here to get a specific salami that was advertised on line only to discover that they didn't have it in stock. But after going to three different departments I was introduced to the Deli manager who was Wonderful. She is following up on my question and I will get a response in two weeks. Other than that, Busch's has ALWAYS been a great place to shop.

“Went to share how exceptional the customer service was and saw this review and wanted to laugh because this customer had to of gone in there with problems of his own and tried to make it their problem. Ive been here so many times and watched them greet so many different customers, including myself and they will go above and beyond to help you. Theyre kind, patient, unbaised, and will defend anyone who is being disrespected in any way shape or form. It’s unfortunate that he had a bad day, i do truly feel bad for him and hope he cheers up and goes back and truly gives this place the chance it deserves because this the best liquor store i’ve been to, and not just michigan but nationally. Please do yourself a favor and go visit this store yourself and you will never want to go anywhere else.”
