They have a PT that literally gives me a hard time getting my diabetic meds filled. She didn't enter in my insurance info, she automatically assumed I was on medicade.. Then when I got another PT help, she literally wasn't sure she could take 450 cash... Please train her not to be judgemental... I guess people that make 6 figures a yr get medicade...

Management/corporate really needs to re-evaluate their hiring protocol. On October 13, 2023, three staff members including the pharmacist, were very incompetent. The pharmacist stated that the two prescriptions I dropped off were invalid; despite the fact the prescriptions came directly from the doctor's office. The audacity of the pharmacist to make such an accusatory statement. The other staff members claimed that one of the prescriptions was over-the-counter, but they had the wrong medicine. Not to mention, I almost got overcharged because the information was processed incorrectly. This experience was a train wreck.

Always have my scrips ready, and all of them are very friendly. I rather drive 20 miles there than go closer to my house.

They are very helpful and offer cheaper prices than other pharmacies especially if your insurance company won't cover a particular Medication. I couldn't afford a couple of my medications if it wasn't for Meijer.

Avoid this pharmacy. They are completely incompetent. Dropped off a prescription and told that it would take 2 hours to fill. Ok no problem, I’ll come back. Stopped back and I was told that they don’t have it in stock and will have to get it from their central warehouse and it won’t be in until the next day or two. Ok, mistakes happen, I’ll come back. They said I’d get a text when it was ready for pick up. Days later, I get a voicemail that they have a question about my prescription. I call them and they say they need to talk to my doctor to clarify the dosage. Um, okay but why not call them instead of calling me. They ask me to call my doctor and have someone from the office call their pharmacy. Yeah sure, I’ll get on it and then requested my doctors office to contact them, yet the script has their phone number on it for questions. A week goes by, no “ready for pick-up” text. I stop in. They say have to order it…. Huh? That happened last time. I ask them to order it and they say it’ll be in tomorrow after 2pm (they also confirmed the dosage already with the doctor.) A few weeks go by, no “ready” text and while waiting so long, it slipped my mind. So I stopped back in and talked to them. They canceled the prescription instead of ordering it last time and they tell me yet again they can still order it and it’ll be in tomorrow after 2pm from their central warehouse. Ok, geez, I’ll be back. 2 days later I stopped back in to pick it up and they say they have to confirm the dosage with my doctor. What? This literally was handled weeks ago. So the cashier talks to the pharmacist and they agree to just go ahead and fill the prescription with the dosage I tell them it’s supposed to be and the cashier says: “we need like 10 mins to get this ready.” Ok, fine I’ll browse the store. 20 mins later, I get back in line behind 4 other people waiting and when it’s my turn to finally grab this prescription the cashier says: “we only have children’s in stock so would you like us to fill it with that? Or have us order the correct one from our central warehouse and it’ll be here tomorrow?” … This is not the first time this pharmacy has given us issues over the years (not updating insurance properly/wrong charges/scripts not ready/ready texts but then not available when we go to pick them up) and they have no respect for their customers time. I’ll be switching this prescription to a different non-Meijer pharmacy.

Had prescriptions sent here & they were unable to fill both prescriptions at the same time. Told 2bd script would be ready within the hour. They would do nothing to help. So angry at HAP for whatever they did to cause Kroger to cut ties with them as I always received so much better service there. I will not be returning to Meijer after this and would not recommend it to anyone. I can't wait to be done with this pharmacy.

Great pharmacy! The staff are friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. In addition to filling my prescriptions I get my flu shots and Covid shots.

Store is always clean and superior customer service at customers service counter, and registers, can't forget about the breakfast court, the breakfast sandwiches and coffee is slamming in the morning. I personally enjoy, sausage, egg,and cheese it hit the sport. They are always there for their customs and ready to assist all through the store period.

Horrible, horrible, horrible! With several pharmacy technicians working (I counted 5), The wait time is absolutely ridiculous with only one customer in front of me. I came to pick up a script that was ready to be picked up.

The only person that needs any praise is Nick in the situation he is a very good pharmacist and does not need to be at this pharmacy furthermore every time I get my prescription from this particular pharmacy they have a problem with feeling it it has been over the course of 3 years in this persistently confusing irritatingly nauseating problem keeps on persisting every time I think that I've got it settled something happens again therefore I am switching new pharmacies and I will recommend to everybody not to go to this pharmacy again

Pharmacy has been out of my blood pressure pills for over a week.i called to talk to a pharmacist ,waited on hold 30 mins,hung up called back 3 times woman was very rude,before pharmacist could get to the phone i was disconnected. Called 2 more time was disconnected both times.ive been going there for quite a while,this is very poor customer service. I immediately changed all my perscriptions to walgrees,they were very nice. BYE BYE MEIJER
