The absolute worst service ever on all platforms since day one at this particular store. Getting phones hooked up is very easy these days and I can’t begin to explain the nightmare I was experiencing due to this particular establishment. I’m literally still paying monthly due to this debacle on time per usual but I was just subjected to a random debt collector via this store that is unreal and marred my credit due to the lack of a simple service of setting up phones and not even having a contract. I would deal with ANY other franchise other than this one if you want to avoid your entire life being interrupted by particular individuals here.

Bought this phone two days ago.. By far the worst phone I have ever got from anywhere!! Can not make calls.. doesn't load any pictures. Doesn't even load a game I've been playing... Only way to get it to work you have to sit next to wifi. I'm on my way to get my money back. This is ridiculous!!

My phone is acting crazy and I took it in yesterday and the man working did something to it and now it's worse. Came back today to see if there is a different employee that can help me. It says they open at 10:00. It is 10:47. The lights are on and the doors are locked.

Went in to buy a phone, yes it was close to closing. He told me they didn't have any phones! Not that they didn't have a specific phone, they didn't have Any!

If I could do 0 starts I would. I had an issue with a phone I literally purchased the prior day. I took it back in and he stated (Sam) he could not fix it so being desperate; I purchased a different one thinking they would give me credit on the other one - that was not the case. I am now stuck with 2 phones and a phone bill to match 2 phones. According to the return policy (that when I asked to see he slapped it out of my hand forcefully) T-Mobile and Metro PCS state you have 7 days for a full refund. not that I would know since I was unable to review their info. He also stated he told me all the information I would need.... yet did NOT give me a receipt. Fine , I'll keep that phone but I am still within 7 days of the 2nd phone. I wasn't allowed to take a card or look at the return policy from this store and was then told they would call the police; for what? Wanting my money back for a phone I purchased out of being forced to? So $450 later - I am just screwed. Don't EVER shop here

I HIGHLY advise you to not to go to this location !! They will SCAM you!! I wish I saw other reviews on here before I went to this location . They are also rude on the phone . They need to do better training on how to handle costumers Also they do False advertisement ! RED FLAG

Over pricing on phones, changing prices when they ring you up and purposely give you receipts that aren't itemized. Sold me a case they didn't have in stock and when they told me they didn't have it I asked for my money back, he claims he put it back on and my bank account is showing no charge back. These also put a screen protector on my phone and charged me $50 for a $10 item. DON'T GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!

These people are scammers they upgraded my husband's plan with out his knowledge or consent to do so. Someone need to do an investigation on these scammers.
