“My son recently had been doing a TON of research on cockatiels. I brought him to this store in an effort to find a professional that he could speak with to make sure he was ready for his new cockatiel companion, and that is when we met Kate and she did not disappoint! Kate was so knowledgeable and helpful (not to mention patient considering the barrage of silly questions from my 13 year old lol). From the moment you walk in the store you can tell that Kate knows her stuff and cares deeply for her customers and all of the birds in the store. For that reason we did return on a later date so that my son could purchase his new friend. I will recommend this store to anyone who will listen solely because of the impression that Kate made on me and more importantly the impression she made on my son. Quality customer service is very hard to find these days but Kate is amazing at her job and the bird store in my opinion is very lucky to have her. THANKS KATE!”
“Great place to have your propane tanks filled. They've just started a punch card for refills (2/25) after 10 you pay for tax only on the 11th. Always get a full refill here. Not always the case with exchanges.”

I was shocked given I had a situation with an injured red bellied woodpecker a few weeks before and it took hours before I heard a response from a bird sanctuary after messaging 2 of them.
