Will never shop here again. I tried to return something only tried on and after 30 days. Was publicly made to feel like a criminal manager in Salem,Nh saying my dog could have grown out of it, that's why I was returning it. My dog is 5 years old.

I have been spending about $100 per month on dog food at the Alliance Ohio location for the last 13 years. The management is so poor that after numerous attempts to work with them on an order...I'm done. The corporate number online is absolutely no help. Terrible customer service at all levels.
