I just purchased items from this store, HOWEVER, I was kicked off the website when I was trying TO ADD a tip for the driver, so I attempted to call SEVERAL TIMES, got hung up on, called back lines were busy, called back again NO ONE IS ANSWERING all of a sudden. It's safe to say I WON'T be shopping at this location again, especially since I WAS ONLY TRYING to make sure the driver had a tip....

They are very helpful and nice, but don’t always have the every day items we usually buy from Sally’s for our business, so I have to order them online. This I blame on corporate not the store workers, along with doing away with the Quantum line of shampoos and conditioners we used at out business, bring them back Sally, please! The Five stars are for the workers, my words are just me being honest.

I've had nothing but great customer service at this Sally Beauty. Today I needed to know what I had purchased the last time I had visited the store. I called and the customer service rep looked up my account and answered my questions. Meghan was helpful! I'm not sure what other reviewers were looking for, in customer service, but I will be back!

I am so saddened by this experience. My Mom wanted to try a hair gloss treatment and we had been in that plaza. I always shop at the Brighton location and love every bit of the help those women gave me when I was first starting to color my own hair. So I raved about Sally's and how helpful everyone is. We walked in and my mom inquired about the gloss. The women were rude to her to say the very least. Stated they didn't know what she was talking about like she was crazy! My heart just broke for her. She was so embarrassed. If you don't know what your customers are asking for then say that. If you don't want new customers then say that too. Don't embarrass people for their lack of knowledge. Your supposed to be the expert. Probably never shopping at Sally's again and most definitely not that location.

Just recently bought a bottle of generic shampoo and found a better brand for cheaper next door at TJ Maxx about 20 minutes later. Went back to this Sally to return the bottle and the associate pointed to a printed sign which states the Covid return policy is temporarily not allowing any returns. Wish I would have been told this before I made a purchase. Trying to figure out how you can go in to Sally's and touch anything you want, go into other stores and try on clothing and return things, but somehow not being able to return an unopened item I bought less than an hour prior and have clearly not went home and used is preventing the spread of Covid. This is unreasonable and makes no sense. This will be my last visit to a Sally.
