I have 8 car washes left in a booklet my husband purchased for me while it was Scotties. New owner will not accept them! I was told a sign was out front for 2 months. 8 car washes in 2 months? Will definitely find a new car wash.

Paid $50 for a booklet of several washes. They will no longer honor the booklet, which should be illegal and is bad business. Will not return.

I have a coupon book for car washes from Scotties. I went there today (10/2/23) for a car wash and noticed a sign about new ownership — Livonia City Car Wash. Most signage is still Scotties. When I pulled in to pay I presented my Scotties car wash coupon. I was told they would not honor these coupons because they are under new ownership. I needed to use the coupon before 9/30/23. I was then instructed to either back out (with cars in line behind me) or to pay for a car wash. No longer honoring coupons would make more sense if they have owned the business for 6 months or more…maybe. How many customers could possibly be coming through with these coupons in a given day? Is it worth the bad online review(s), losing customer(s), negative word of mouth advertising, etc?

For my Hyundai Accent I was charged $300 just for a interior cleaning. My trunk was untouched and my glove box was untouched plus my center console was not touched or vacuum or wiped down such a very poor job considering the amount I was charged do it yourself a favor and explore other options if you are looking for a full car detail

First time here and the vac machine started smoking after 2 mins of using it. I didn't vacuum up anything crazy either. No one was found to come out and take a look at the issue for a good 5 mins. I used another one even though I got ripped off. This location need better awareness and customer service

If you can get their package deal, it's well worth it. You come in as much as you want for a very low price and they do a very good job as a lady when you drive out that will wipe down your car for a couple dollars.

Let me tell you..scottie and alicia are the truth...the service I received from scotties auto wash and detailing is the best thing that has happened to my car..Never had it detailed before..but honey let me tell you they done an excellent job...plus they are some exceptional people..and humorous..I recommend that anyone who need their car cleaned these are the perfect people..the service is awesome.....love you scottie and alicia......❤❤

They did a wonderful job detailing my car and got me in within a day. They got almost every nook and cranny in my car, and got up the salt and food stains I had. My car looks almost brand new! I was also given free car wash cards to use in the future!Services: Full body wash

Ive never had my car detailed.. ever. Scottie and Alicia went above and beyond, my car literally looks new. He even cleaned my engine and took car of my rust spots. Ill never go anywhere else! The indoor wash is awesome too. They keep the place very clean. The dryers really get ur car almost completely dry, the brushes are clean soft. When they dry your car off the rags are nice and new not dingey and ragged. They use soft mircofiber cloths to dry. Dont forget to tip them either!! They are worth it. Thanks scottie and Alicia! U gained me and my family as customers now. ?
