Long wait, the young man started helping other people before he was even finished helping me purchase my phone, they don't have a handicap entrance and they don't have a restroom if you have kidney problems, but you'll be waiting over an hour and I'll tell you to go urinate somewhere else!!!Pay over $1,000 for a phone but we don't have a bathroom for you to, this is not a handicap accessible store, not if you have kidney problems of any kind if you're on medications that make your kidneys have to go, the front door isn't even handicapped accessible, but they'll let you pay for over $1,000 for a phone but no comforts for the wait!

I had three issues, and I felt like the customer service rep didn't really care in any way. In fact, less than nothing was done. Go somewhere else.

Ever since Sprint became Tmobile, I have had nothing but issues with my phone, my service, my billing, and my account! No one seems to know what they are doing. I never complain, but this is ridiculous!

We were 3rd in line, but our wait was about an hour and a half if not more. I would have rated less, but the only man working was very polite, and he knew what he was doing. He kept everyone calm, comfortable, and dealt with everyone kind and patiently.

Idk why Sprint joined T-Mobile, huhhh.., cause everytime something is wrong with my phone I have to go to serveral t-mobile stores to find someone who knows how to change stuff on my line.. why aren’t your staff trained when y’all are one company now..

Just came In this location to pay to pay my phone bill and and there were 2 employees present it's present one of them looked at me and went to the back and the other 1 disregard it my presence and waited on a lady who came in after meI think they are prejudice!!!

I would like to give a shout out to Ray today, he's been working with me the last week or 10 days or so on my wife's new phone. They had to wait for new shipments to come in and yes he put a hold on it till we were able to come in today Saturday 8-27-22 doesn't matter who's there at T-Mobile, employees come and go but they seem to find the good ones awesome job.
