Really the only place I go for all my auto repairs. Staff is friendly and to the point. Bring a car here with an issue and they will fix it and tell you about other issues you’re going to have that you won’t want to spend the money on at the time and will break making you wish you would of listened to them and fixed it when they first told you. ?♂️A++ Good price and typically pretty quick service depending on parts needed.

Had my 2007 Jetta in for a cat back system. Very pleased with the performance and looks of the system! Dropped it off last night, and it was finished tonight. Thanks guys! It really enhances my driving, having much better power. Runs better than I could have hoped.

RUN, DON’T WALK FROM THIS SHOP. We dropped off our vehicle June 29th with assurance that the work would be done by July 10th when we returned from our vacation. On the 6th we were called and told that someone attempted to steal our vehicle, but that they would cover the repairs ASAP and that the planned repairs would still be done ASAP. July 18th (almost two weeks later) I got a text that they finally pulled out the window frame to send it in for a new window to be made, and that all the other repairs would be done along with that by the end of the month, guaranteed. On July 28th I received another text that everything was completely finished except for the window and was assured I could pick the vehicle up on August 2nd or 3rd. On the 2nd I was told that they were still waiting on only the window and I was given a quote nearly double over what I was quoted for the original work. I went up to see the vehicle on the 3rd and found that the door panel was still disassembled as was the center console, there was stuff disconnected under the hood and on the floor of the shop, and the carpet in the bedroom was covered with dark black grease after again being told everything was finished and cleaned up (I have photos of all of this). I expressed confusion to the manager Mickey who up until that point had been polite. He got defensive and argumentative with me in front of the other staff, yelling at me (which I then recorded) and told me that the locks weren’t even back from being re-keyed (again, after being told the RV was “completely finished” other than the window). I was promised stuff by another employee Anthony who said he was the manager (and wasn’t), and he just talked in circles. I called the glass shop who stated that they never promised a two-week time frame due to the nature of the special glass and curation. The owner of the shop, Tony, was beyond condescending and rudely told me to come up and get my vehicle (still taken apart and without locks or an ignition) if I wasn’t happy waiting for the repairs. He gave me a total for the original repairs, but refused to take ownership of the fact that by then their shop had our vehicle for nearly SIX weeks and that their lack of action had cost us income and impacted our business.We were finally able to pick up our rig on August 16th – seven weeks after we dropped it off. The carpet in the bedroom is full of black grease that is not really coming out, they ruined the light beige rug in the hall with more grease, and the “new” window is full of scratches (again, I have photos). Oh, and it was left outside completely unlocked on the other side of the building from any cameras when we pulled up. We paid our bill and got the heck out of there.We brought our RV here because of the reviews. While the break in was not their fault, the fact that they dragged their feet on repairs and making things right, combined with the attempt at gaslighting me (a woman) is unacceptable and unprofessional. If you are a female or know females who might be looking for auto work, don’t send them here.EDIT ADDITION: Their offers to allow us to use our camper while waiting for parts were neither safe (i.e putting a piece of plexiglass into an emergency exit window frame), nor practical (as the ignition and locks were not even in our vehicle until AFTER I went in on August 3rd, and I am not sure how to drive a vehicle that was torn apart). They also went back and forth about trying to say they had to find a place to replace the glass and then saying that they used a place that they always got glass from - very wishy washy.Again, we lost income and business due to their practices, and instead of an apology I was met with gaslighting and hostility.I have tried to upload photos, but for some reason the server won't allow me to. I was in from out of town today and happened to end up at Top Value. Anthony and Mickey were fantastic. Honest and open about what was done on the car, fair price, and made me feel safe to have my daughter drive away with the vehicle. Very happy with these guys and would definitely bring any car there for repair.

I have been going to Top Value for years. I always feel taken care of and treated fairly. Recently had a car in for a lot of repairs. Detroit garage tried to charge me almost 7k$ for the same work that Top Value did for under 4k. Top Value always goes above and beyond for me and my family making sure our cars are safe and reliable even to the point of telling me when things don't need to be replaced yet to help save money.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

This place is great. I took my wife's 2019 Ford Edge up to the shop because her acceleration was hesitating and the check engine light came on. I got a prompt call back that it was a faulty EGR valve, and the work was done same day. Highly recommended.

I had an oil and filter change done on this service visit. The shop accommodated my request for a Motorcraft filter and used the synthetic blend oil that I prefer in this car. I checked the car in a few minutes ahead of my appointment and was on my way home 45 minutes later, completely satisfied with the quality and speed of the job.
