I just moved to Michigan from NYC. I shipped my belongings ahead via UPS and one of my boxes was stolen at this center. Two weeks later I placed an order off of TEMU & it was also stolen from this same center. There was some pretty expensive stuff in the two boxes, which is how I KNOW it was stolen(I received only my cheap items). I’m pretty sure management is in on it because there’s no way packages can be in your system in pending status for weeks and management have no idea. I would recommend if you live in Livonia or a surrounding city DONT use UPS your packages will never make it. This was in January 2024 btw

Here at the beginning of 2024 UPS has been in business for 117 years. With today's level of computer technology, how can this company be so absolutely incompetent at being able to give customers a somewhat accurate delivery time? Nothing, and I mean nothing ever gets delivered within the scheduled delivery time. When you've been doing this for over 100 years, and you know the entire metro area that you are delivering to, this company should be able to tell you the delivery time within a 15 minute window. Utterly unreliable.

They never contacted me about finding my apartment number day of delivery even though it was in the instructions if needed. After a week of the app not updating my address I decided to go myself and pick it up before they ship my package back without my knowledge. I was contacting my product seller and UPS customer services. I was told to go pick it up with a piece of mail with my address to confirm and ID. The lady that was helping was very rude and threating to send my package back to the seller which was very unnecessary, so I asked for a supervisor and had all the proof for my $500 package. Gladly I was able to leave with it. Honestly it would've never came down to that if they updated their system with my updated address that I sent to them, as well as the product seller sent them it as well, the week prior. 29855 Livonia Schoolcraft 48150 for any confusion on my complaint. Giving a 5 star rating. They did a great job my package was on-time the driver was friendly. I have to say after seeing the reviews I was worried my package wouldn't be coming but I no longer have that worry after them dropping it off on-time and was kind to me when I had to sign for it. Definitely better Service then what I have gotten from FedEx and Amazon lately. Good job ups keep up the good work.

Saturday guaranteed delivery landed here, sat showing preparing for delivery until just being changed to reschedule delivery. UPS refuses to do anything about it which is interfering with a work crew scheduled Sunday. Time critical shipments should go to FedEx, as these guys obviously can't handle it.Edit : To make it even worse, after telling me it's at the distribution center, won't be delivered today, nothing they can do.... I leave the shop and 30 minutes later tracking updates to failed delivery attempt.... I wouldn't have left if they didn't tell me it wasn't coming!!! Completely incompetent.Edit 2 : Went back to the business delivery location... notice on the door. Called again as it was clearly on the truck.... They told me I'd get a call from operations within an hour.... Another lie, no call... So now their incompetency is the cause of the package being missed... And they're too incompetent to fix it. Just wasting my time.

The drivers here are terrible, honestly. I've never been caused so much inconvenience by any other carrier.They don't even knock, then leave notices at the front door right next to a posted sign instructing them leave packages at the back door.

I feel like ups is very unprofessional I got hired for a pre loader position I applied for the time frame that fits my schedule just for me too go to orientation for them to tell me at the end our shift was different I’m a single mother of 6 I couldn’t do that shift because that lady not what I’ve signed up for I haven’t been able too get I touch with a supervisor nothing nobody has a number I been emailing the company but no luck I quit my other job to work for ups and now I can’t because it’s so unprofessional I can’t get in touch with nobody I need this job nobody doesn’t cares nothing now I’m out of a job because of false advertisement I can’t even pay my bills because I’m thinking I had a fit schedule with ups now I don’t have no job nothing smh

Love this location. On the 96 servicr drive. The only thing that was a little annoying is the lady asks what's in your box? Like really?!? ? Every time the same question. Is it really making a difference when my label is bought and paid for already? All I need is my receipt please so I can go on with my day.
