GO TO AIRTIME! I wouldn't recommend this place. I had to call corporate on their "manager" Louis after an incident regarding my child that he ignored, then he walked away from me as we were having the discussion. He never once even introduced himself in the beginning, nor did he ever ask about my child's injury. When I asked for help at the front desk counter the one young lady proceeded to walk away to find Louis to stir up trouble however the other young lady Skyler was VERY helpful, conveniently the corporate # was right there in the view of the first young lady as well. The 2 young girls Chelle & Shakiya at the food counter deserve to be highly recognized. At NO point did anyone help or support them, not even their manager. And the women's bathroom was nasty. I would not recommend this place to families.

First time I was here was two years ago for my sons birthday, my host was very nice and helpful. Today I came in wit my two sons just for a regular day and I can say from an operational standpoint for the past two years nothing has changed and it has been piss poor service as well. I order food on two separate occasions and you still don’t have any pizzas up and I gotta wait an hour for a single slice of pizza is unexceptional at any place of business. Never will I recommend a birthday party here and I won’t have a party here again.

Went there today. The kids had fun but was disappointed that we paid for the ultimate pass and the flip zone bumper cars "were not working", the wipe out zone was closed, and the ropes course was closed. The only ultimate part of the package we paid for that was open was the zip line. Even with that, two girls were working at the bottom and told one of my kids it was closed for 10 minutes (they had a friend(who doesnt work there) in the walk way up to the zip line playing uno!) Unbelieveable!! They were only open for 4 hours from 4 to 8pm and they are going to tell kids they are closed for 10 minutes while they are playing uno(the actual card game). Extremely unprofessional and I did not see any management what so ever.

Urban Air has such potential. A past visit was great, but not this most recent time. I consider myself pretty laid back but this visit was disturbing. The most negligent thing I saw was the employees were sending two kids at a time on the sky rider and they were running into each other at a high speed up in the air while on the ride. Also unsettling was how absolutely filthy every square inch of the place was. From the surfaces of the attractions to the tables people are supposed to eat at. If there is a new owner/management I bet this place would be awesome. I feel like the level of negligence to send two kids at a time like that would null that waiver parents sign, and if your kid gets hurt due to that, you would be valid in sueing.

We visited urban air Livonia location for the first time with my three kids. They had a great time and very much enjoyed their visit. The attractions are fun and there is lots to do, and a despite it being winter break the wait times for the attractions were not bad. However, as a parent who has visited many other trampoline parks and rock climbing places, this place was by far the most disgusting and unclean place we’ve ever visited. We were there upon entry, and went to find a table immediately. We had to switch tables twice because 2 of them were sticky and disgusting. While walking around there is visible dirt in and near the attractions. And on the trampolines (I’m talking actual accumulation of dust and debris), it clearly had not been cleaned well in a very long time. Another family we met there had the same concerns so my husband actually spoke to the supervisor about how dirty it was. She was extremely defensive asked for proof and when he showed her she was extremely defensive and mentioned it “must have been missed as they clean everyday”. ? I understand that these places are inherently dirty, but this was on another level of disgusting. The staff were also very hit and miss. No one stood out as being overly helpful and despite it being, what I would consider very busy, they were often understaffed in the attraction areas (like the climbing wall) while multiple staff members were standing and chatting behind / beside the desk.I would be inclined to try another urban air location to compare the level of cleanliness and their staff. I am not inclined to come back to this location. It’s disappointing because, as I mentioned before, my children really enjoy their day here.

We are here now and there are some really cool attractions. My kids love the sky rider. However, even though we got here right when it opened, it is SO DIRTY. There is garbage all over the floors and dust and dirt visible on most surfaces. There are also not enough employees working in the climbing area- too many kids to help for just one person. We would not return for the price paid.

We all had a BLAST at Livonia Urban Air! There were so many cool things to do that we have never done before! The zip line was so fun!! We won flip squids in the arcade, ate pizza, popcorn, pop and slushies! The flip bumper cars were a hit! There was something for everyone and the massage chairs were much needed after all the work outs we did!The bathroom was clean and there was hand sanitizer all around. Staff was friendly and helpful and plentiful. We can’t wait to come back and do more!!!

the workers here do not take precaution when helping children go on the amenities. My baby brother who suffers from cerebral palsy was taking a tiny bit longer to climb up to the zip line and the worker lady laughed at him and said “what? You can’t walk?”. enough said.

This is a great place for children to let off steam and energy. There's plenty of trampolines and other events... Good for bday parties as well...

Wow just WOW! MY KIDS loved this place very fun! Lots of things to do! One comment I will make is that some of the people working there have the BEST attitude to work with kids all day...and some of the other workers DONT! You can see it on their faces and with how they interact with you. 5 Stars for the amount of fun for your kids, but 1 Star for the employees. 3.5 Stars for how clean the place is.

We reserved a party room upstairs on Monday 12/18/23 room 6 evening for my God Daughter. The TV in our room had no sound for the bday girls music. No one could get it to work. The host brings 40 chicken wings, chicken tenders & our pizza to our room. The chicken wasn't apart of our package.10mins later she says I have to take it back or you need to pay. We declined to pay. They took the chicken back after kids & adults coughed in that room around the food, during this Covid season.I believe food safety standards specify that you can't give food out then take it back to resale it.The icing on the Birthday cake is that my guest ordered chicken after they removed it. The chicken was overcooked & fried hard. Likely the the same chicken we had earlier.Later the host explains that was another parties chicken. So a food facility took the chicken that we had, breathed on & re-served it to others. Either way this place is poorly managed & Food SAFE standards aren't being followed. The host was great, but management is a huge problem.
