I love this site, they are always greeting you with a smile, friendly staff and professional. Unlike the Madison heights office, they are miserable people, they have no sense of professionalism. We received one claim out of 45 Medicaid claims mailed as a package and I went to investigate, the lady was still eating and food coming out of her mouth and picking food with her nails. It was so disgusting, then her two coworkers started to argue with saying we don’t how your package was damaged. In fact they knew who I was, as I send paper clams to almost 4 health plans weekly same way. It was such a horrible experience, don’t recommend it to anyone and never stepped foot in that office

I sent a package to a big company in the same city as this post office. They didn't deliver it. Tuesday. They said they were unable to access it for delivery. The tracking number said they will deliver the next day. The following Monday is still not delivered, and no update posted to Tracking number. The receiver had put in a service ticket that Wednesday. No communication from USPS for redelivery. No update at all.I called local usps Livonia ,MI. 5 times before they answered. The guy that answered said he would physically check on it, and he would call me back within 1½ hrs. Monday is still no call. Today, Monday, I called 7 times before they answer. They said they still have my package and could try to deliver it tomorrow Tuesday. A week after a 1-2 Day Priority express Should have been delivered With a guarantee for delivery one today's. I hope it is delivered tomorrow. It's very important.

Horrible service, We had two passport appointments at 11:30 and as we went in the lady told us there on break she told me she will help us after so we waited for the break to end and they told us we were late horrible service DONT COME HERE

Stopped by at 8:50am and the place is locked up. Lobby supposed to open at 8:30am. Someone in the parking lot waiting told me that they do this all the time. Ridiculous!!

My wife and I needed new passports and photos. Christy was wonderful - very informative, helpful, organized, and most of all happy and positive. Filling out the forms at home and ensuring you bring everything you need to handle passports can be stressful, but Christy made it a great experience. Thanks again!
