When did it become the norm for the mail carriers to walk across the lawns and through garden beds to deliver mail??

Stopped by at 8:50am and the place is locked up. Lobby supposed to open at 8:30am. Someone in the parking lot waiting told me that they do this all the time. Ridiculous!!

My wife and I needed new passports and photos. Christy was wonderful - very informative, helpful, organized, and most of all happy and positive. Filling out the forms at home and ensuring you bring everything you need to handle passports can be stressful, but Christy made it a great experience. Thanks again!

Very under staffed. Sometimes you get lucky and there isn't a long line.I wish passports were done somewhere else ?

Completely unprofessional staff when they are there. Often puts up "be back in 15 minutes sign" locking the door and not being back.

Only here do you get a sign on the door that says back in 30 minutes during business hours. Do better USPS. This is ridiculous.

If I could give 0 I would. This place is ridiculous. Have lost 2 registered letters now. And the carriers, who change every day, put our mail in the neighbor's box all the time. The USPS is the worst!!

I was in and out a couple days and had to wait for a manager... the staff here work non-stop! I wish people would remember that when they go in. Everyone was pretty nice and the wait wasn't long. Patrice and Brittany are really easy to talk to.My only issue is that I went in to make a claim and they had no idea what I was talking about. They took my package and told me I'd probably never get it back. It's pretty clear to me on the USPS web site what the process is, and which forms I was supposed to fill out, but no one was able to help me.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The USPS website says to show up 15 minutes prior to passport appointment, which I did. I show up on time they tell me I'm early and that they can't take my picture and send me to a fedex down the road. They refused to process my paperwork without said picture send me away because I'm "on" early. Once I get back I'm past the point of my appointment time which" on" makes me late on their instruction. Said FEDEX even apologized for their lack of customer service. Unreal.

Wish the lines weren't so long. Everyone who is working the counter is very helpful, courteous, and efficient. They just need to hire more people to service customers.

I don’t know what it is with some of these women that work at the front. I thought I’d switch to this location, as the other location I went to had another rude female employee. So I had the pleasure of dealing with Dottie today. It wasn’t that pleasurable. You can tell they despise their job by the way they treat their customers.

Advertising 830am open time; no one showed up and doors remained locked past 9am. Sad that a govt funded entity supported by tax dollars can get away with this horrible service. I will send an email to the Postmaster but doubt much will change. I can’t wait until robots become available at least they are more dependable than people
