Very rude pharmacy workers. They talk down to their customers. The pharmacist and technicians lie about what is on the prescription even when you have a copy of it. They bad mouth the customers when they leave. They refuse to give you your prescription and end up getting it transferred to a different pharmacy and they fill it. Would never recommend. Go to Costco, cvs, or Meijer if you need a prescription. Update: still does not have my prescription filled and they canceled it. One thing about pharmacies. If they do this they do not care about you.

Walgreens hay days are gone. Terrible customer service in the Pharmacy. Take my advice and switch to Meijer. They are Professionals

I've never had my prescriptions be so messed up from any other pharmacy. 2 prescriptions, 90 day supply. Used to be able to pick it up every 90 days. Now - I'll get messages they're ready to be picked up, only to arrive and be told 3 different things by different people; "I guess your insurance changed so it didn't come through." "That's not true I've had the same insurance for years." "Um I guess they re-did the codes so it showed up as something different." "oh your 90 days isn't up yet." Until I show them proof that it is. "Ah, well actually we don't have it in stock." I wait another 2 weeks. App shows its ready to be picked up. I arrive and they say, "actually it's in stock but you're not allowed to pick it up until February 5th." "Not true, I've been without the medication for 2 months." Then I speak to someone else and it's turned into, "we still don't have it in stock." What an absolute joke. You can get any different excuse by a different person you talk to but they're never on the same page. Now my medications are all messed up and I still have no answers. I finally call and tell them how the app shows my medication was "filled" 4 days ago - after speaking to the pharmacist who says it isn't in stock, I check the app again moments after speaking on the phone, NOW all the sudden the app shows delayed - out of stock. Obviously they need to be better organized and communicate better.

Anya at the pharmacy drive through somehow managed to work a busy drive through, answer the work phone in between, and check me out properly with a smile on her face and positive attitude. Not my usual pharmacy, had an Rx transferred from out of state while visiting, but it was a very good experience

Today, I will give a full story about the poor customer service I received from not only pharmacy, but what I received from the pharmacist named, Amina. I received a text message on Tuesday from the pharmacy that my prescriptions were DELAYED because of an insurance issue. Now, these scripts are CII's for my ADD and are normally not covered by insurance. I wasn't worried about not picking them up because I usually have a coupon and can afford to pay for them. On Thursday, while I was working, I checked the Walgreens App to see my scripts were not only not filled, but they was no record of them on my profile. I decided to call the pharmacy where after some time on hold, I got Amina for the first time. I told her I was checking the status of my prescriptions. She said no doctor has called in my scripts. I said, "How can that be?" I received a text and an email with prescriptions numbers attached to them saying there was an insurance issue." She preceded to tell me that she has no record and to call my doctor. I explained it again. After my explanation, she let out a long sigh and said, I am sorry what is you want? Frustrated, I hung up on her. I decided to go thru my email, and I found the email with the prescriptions numbers. I call the pharmacy again, in hopes that I would not have to talk to Amina again. Behold, I get a lovely female technician. When I gave her the numbers, she said, "Well it appears that they have deleted, but let me look into it." She puts me on hold. About 2 minutes later, Amina the Rude comes on the phone. She says I know you, you called before, and we have nothing. You hung up on me and I don't appreciate your rudeness. I said, "Your tech just told me the scripts were deleted." She said, "I am not going to help you because you are rude. So I will give you to my lead technician." I explained the problem to the lead technician Josh who said the scripts were deleted and that they will call the doctors office in the morning. The doctors office called and I explained to them what happened. They said, they have been trying to reach the pharmacy all day, but no one was picking up. I said, I was trying to reach them prior. I called the pharmacist again and got Armina the Bitchy. I told her who I was and she said, "I know who you are, how can I forget you?" I said my doctor has been trying to call you but no one is picking up. Armina went into rage mode. She told me she wasnt helping anymore and that I can speak to someone else NEVER USE THIS PHARMACY WITH ARMINA WORKING THERE

Be prepared to be overcharged at the pharmacy. Weird how you can save hundreds of dollars for ONE prescription at other places.

I was helped by Joe he works in the photo department. He has outstanding customer service and went through great lengths to make sure I was satisfied with every picture. Joe was so well known one of the customers told him she always looks for him every time she comes to Walgreens. Keep up the great work!

Other than the rude, lazy, stupid girl working in the pharmacy that hung up on me for no reason, the actual pharmacist was very helpful, thorough, and got me the information over the phone that the idiot on the phone who I previously talked to was unable to provide to me.
