The store is excellent, and the staff is helpful and kind. However, the pharmacy is a different story. The wait times are excessively long and disorganized. The pharmacists often seem annoyed by calls and questions, which is unacceptable. I've used other pharmacies that treat me respectfully, so I find this Walgreens pharmacy the worst experience. I will be taking my prescriptions to a different pharmacy from now on.

Do not go to Walgreens for prescriptions, they do not want to help with prescriptions and they are rude. Go to Meijer, CVS, Walmart, anywhere but Walgreens.

Appt made for vaccines. I show up in plenty of time. They say have a seat. It’ll be 15 or 20 minutes. Why did I make an appt for a specific time?
Editing to say they only took 10 minutes. I was upset when I first wrote the review because I was the only one there, so I didn’t feel that was right.

Wow! The drive thru line for prescription pick-ups is the slowest moving thing I’ve ever waited in. If my car wasn’t blocked in, I’d just go inside. If you’re in a hurry, don’t bother!!! Unacceptable.

A frequent shopper at this location and the staff has always been eager to accommodate my family and I. The staff makes the effort to joke with us and it resonates throughout the store giving it a comfortable atmosphere.

Pharmacy is extremely slow taking 2-3 + days to fill prescriptions. They won’t send a text until hours after its ready and if you give them a call expect to wait on hold for 30-45 minutes. Ive used this pharmacy for over 10 years but will be switching due to the lack of urgency and professionalism

The staff here are lovely, courteous, efficient and helpful. Walgreens itself, is a garbage company trying to extract as much value while providing the worst service possible. Drive-thru phone has been broken for as long as I can recall. If you call to get your prescription filled so you can do a quick pickup and be on your way, you have no option other than bringing your paper prescription in and then waiting while it's filled. Even if you do this, their system will glitch, and you will wait TWO DAYS for your pain medication after having a wisdom tooth extracted. First and last time I will use this Walgreens. Thank God corporate consolidation has left us with at least two other options in the neighborhood... for now.

Items marked in store as clearance. Customer may pick up and not put items back where they belong... I get that... but it's not MY JOB (as a customer) to make sure their shelves are stocked correctly. They ring item up, with other items I am purchasing, I pay full bill. Get to my car, realize I was over-charged. Go back in with item and receipt. "Manager" argues with me that the item was in wrong spot - which actually wasn't true - employee put TAG ON WRONG SHELF SPOT. I remind "manager" that I want Michigan Scanner Law Bounty added in. She continues to argue with me. By now, after 5 minutes of this, I am just done. I start asking for just a refund. She mumbles under her breath, "Do what you want to do". Very loudly, so other customers and employees can hear, I repeat back what she has said to me. She starts backtracking. I loudly say "For the 8th time, give me a refund". Then she starts putting everything on a gift card... A GIFT CARD!!! FYI: The Michigan Scanner Law Bounty is there because retailers don't want to price each individual item, like they are supposed to. It's there to punish the retailers, not the customers. EFF Walgreen's at 6 and Farmington. And don't get me started on how they, like CVS, EFFed up my prescriptions.

Friendly front of store staff, but the pharmacy could use some improvement. Customer service and people skills could use some improvement.

Normally when it's slow you have to actually walk around to find the cashier out on the floor stocking (in any small retail really).... This young girl (I wish I could remember her name but I can only remember auburn hair and her going to a close collage, not Madonna but I won't name so photo ppl relate) popped her head out of the aisle I swear every 2 min like clock work... I only noticed because I was aimlessly wondering about waiting for a prescription. (your photo ppl on the other hand need a lesson on time management and not talk so loud your customers can hear how "I got my score last night, did you?" "Oh man, it took hours but I did, not worth the chase tho, I could get a better "won't repeat" on insta" )....ANYWAYS .... Thank you auburn hair cashier girl for looking out.... And shame on you management (I was management in retail once too) for looking past your CCTV and not realizing what employees actually work and what ones tick of your customers!

I have gotten my scrips refilled here for years & never had a problem. Sometime from about the middle of last year all of a sudden I have had a problem every time I want my scrips refilled. Always felt like I was being interegated, problems getting my scrips filled for 90 days at times, terrible attitude from several of the staff & one of the pharmacists, a few times getting called that my scrips were ready then going to pick up only to be told they were not ready come back in an hour. Finally transferred to another Walgreens & this location stopped my scrips so I had to call my drs & have them reinstated. I will never recommend this pharmacy and passing the word on to my friends. Wish 0 stars was an option to rate because this place definitely has problems.
