Items marked in store as clearance. Customer may pick up and not put items back where they belong... I get that... but it's not MY JOB (as a customer) to make sure their shelves are stocked correctly. They ring item up, with other items I am purchasing, I pay full bill. Get to my car, realize I was over-charged. Go back in with item and receipt. "Manager" argues with me that the item was in wrong spot - which actually wasn't true - employee put TAG ON WRONG SHELF SPOT. I remind "manager" that I want Michigan Scanner Law Bounty added in. She continues to argue with me. By now, after 5 minutes of this, I am just done. I start asking for just a refund. She mumbles under her breath, "Do what you want to do". Very loudly, so other customers and employees can hear, I repeat back what she has said to me. She starts backtracking. I loudly say "For the 8th time, give me a refund". Then she starts putting everything on a gift card... A GIFT CARD!!! FYI: The Michigan Scanner Law Bounty is there because retailers don't want to price each individual item, like they are supposed to. It's there to punish the retailers, not the customers. EFF Walgreen's at 6 and Farmington. And don't get me started on how they, like CVS, EFFed up my prescriptions.

Friendly front of store staff, but the pharmacy could use some improvement. Customer service and people skills could use some improvement.

Normally when it's slow you have to actually walk around to find the cashier out on the floor stocking (in any small retail really).... This young girl (I wish I could remember her name but I can only remember auburn hair and her going to a close collage, not Madonna but I won't name so photo ppl relate) popped her head out of the aisle I swear every 2 min like clock work... I only noticed because I was aimlessly wondering about waiting for a prescription. (your photo ppl on the other hand need a lesson on time management and not talk so loud your customers can hear how "I got my score last night, did you?" "Oh man, it took hours but I did, not worth the chase tho, I could get a better "won't repeat" on insta" )....ANYWAYS .... Thank you auburn hair cashier girl for looking out.... And shame on you management (I was management in retail once too) for looking past your CCTV and not realizing what employees actually work and what ones tick of your customers!

I have gotten my scrips refilled here for years & never had a problem. Sometime from about the middle of last year all of a sudden I have had a problem every time I want my scrips refilled. Always felt like I was being interegated, problems getting my scrips filled for 90 days at times, terrible attitude from several of the staff & one of the pharmacists, a few times getting called that my scrips were ready then going to pick up only to be told they were not ready come back in an hour. Finally transferred to another Walgreens & this location stopped my scrips so I had to call my drs & have them reinstated. I will never recommend this pharmacy and passing the word on to my friends. Wish 0 stars was an option to rate because this place definitely has problems.

This store needs more help. I sent my photo order to them Friday, and they called me Monday night saying they couldn’t do it because the canvas was not in stock, couldn’t transfer it to another store, I had to call corporate myself. Mind you, the photo was for same day pickup which I understand is unpractical during the holidays, but they could have told me they didn’t have it that day. So I get in the phone with corporate, which I personally think they should have done for me or ordered more canvas’, and transferred my service which was done at another Walgreens in a day. I just think it was unprofessional how it was handled. Other things contributed but I prefer not to personally call anyone out.

They really need to do better every time I had meds filled there was always a problem they messed up on two so bad my doctor was out of town and the wasn’t about to fill my meds because they messed up the scripts for a month. I will not be returning to them and am getting my scripts transferred asap

Ive been in here a handful of times. Sometimes im greeted sometimes im not. This place is stocked and the line never takes too long. Maybe I have good timing at this location. As for the pharmacy check your receipts they sell over the counter medications and up charge a few dollars. While you may think okay who's complaining over a few dollars its the point! When you use insurance and pay monthly for it you should have heavy discounts at the pharmacy not an Upcharge! How terrible!

Store was very dirty and out of common products. Pharmacy was chaotic. Came to this location based on best reviews for the area. Bad decision.

Appointment was not honored, don't waste your time here.Scheduled new bivalent pediatric booster two weeks ago. Went in today and told my son can't get it, despite being approved as a second booster by the CDC/FDA and language on Walgreens' own website to the same effect, it hasn't been approved by "Walgreens Corporate". Pharmacist said she's turned away other families today as well for the same reason. If appointments are not going to be honored then they should be cancelled or communicated in advance.Scheduled an appointment with their three-lettered competitor. I followed up with a phone call and they confirmed that all appointments are honored.

I scheduled an appointment for a pediatric COVID booster a week in advance. Showed up on time with only 1 other person waiting. It was over an hour (65 minutes to be precise) before being called. I asked what the holdup was at the 30 minute mark. The pharmacist told me they don't thaw or prep the vaccines until you show up for your appointment. I don't know if this is always true of this location or if it was just on that given day. Either way, I know other pharmacies in the area are much more organized with regards to giving the boosters. I had a separate appointment for myself the previous week at Rite Aid and was in-and-out within 6 minutes of my scheduled appointment time. Sadly, that location isn't doing pediatric doses which is how I ended up at this Walgreens.Very disappointed.
