It seems like simple customer service is nonexistent. I stopped at this location to pick up an online order. I walked to the counter where two lady employees were having a personal conversation and looking through their phones. I’m standing there for a good 2 mins. before anyone says anything or even make eye contact. Smh. This is terrible.

DO NOT GO THERE, I REPEAT DO NOT GO THERE, my doctor called in a pain medication, for severe pain, for Friday morning, went to pick up,they said they ran out. Come back tomorrow. I came back the next day, their system was down, then they sent me another Walgreens, I went there, they couldn't fill it, sent me back to 5 Mile and Newburgh, then they told me they couldn't fill the prescription until Monday, called Monday then they said Tuesday. Ended up in the hospital. I REPEAT DO Not GO THERE. Rude over the phone. Then when you go there, they say it was somebody else,... Calling corporate. This week..

There is a weird smell throughout entire store. Like laundry detergent? Ive never smelled this in a Walgreens before. The pharmacy staff were pleasant, nice, courteous.

The pharmacist likes to play games with people’s prescriptions. Their staff does not treat customers nicely, and constantly belittles and berates them. They yell at their customers. The absolute RUDEST, AND UNHELPFUL Pharmacy STAFF I've ever encountered as a customer. I was spoken to in such a disrespectful manner by the young pharmacy tech, her name is Zeinab. She made me feel as if I'm a second class citizen for needing my medication. Like I'm a bad person for needing my pain medication. (I definitely am not!) she DOES NOT KNOW MY LIFE! She's always rude and shows blatant disregard for the people she's supposed to serve with respect at all times! She told me "go ahead come inside, I don't care what your saying, what I'm saying is you cant get your medication and I don't know when our system will be back up". Every time I go to pick up my medication they have these said "system issues". Ridiculous and I will never come here again I'll be switching pharmacies asap. She's lucky she caught me on a good day.

Called numerous times, yet they decided not to order my prescription. Overheard their conversation about it being expensive so she decided not to order it for me. At Walgreens they can decide whether or not you need a prescription or not. Waited four days. Manager, Kurt is a joke and made up lies about the ordering system.

Clean n organized inside Walgreens. Cashier guy ? was very nice n respectful. Lots of sale items n bogo ones 2. Stop ✋️ by here for some last minute spontaneous cravings ?. Smart water ?, Ben n Jerry's ? Tonight Dough ?, Fruity Pebbles n Cocoa Pebbles cereals?. Thanks ✝️ ? ? ? everyone for the bargains. Signing out! Pics ? ?. I had a late night ? craving ?. This location is really organized and clean. People working here are very nice and helpful. Sales all the time ⏲️ as well on everyday items for everyone's needs. Late night ? cravings again ? ?. Ice cream ? we all scream ? ? for ice cream ? ? ? ? ?. H2o to wash it down. Brand new Reeses 2! .... I needed my late night ? craving ?. Loving ❤️ ? me some Ben & Jerry's tonight dough lately ?. Hat's off 2 Mr Jimmy Fallon himself for his late night ? cravings.

I've never had my prescriptions be so messed up from any other pharmacy. 2 prescriptions, 90 day supply. Used to be able to pick it up every 90 days. Now - I'll get messages they're ready to be picked up, only to arrive and be told 3 different things by different people; "I guess your insurance changed so it didn't come through." "That's not true I've had the same insurance for years." "Um I guess they re-did the codes so it showed up as something different." "oh your 90 days isn't up yet." Until I show them proof that it is. "Ah, well actually we don't have it in stock." I wait another 2 weeks. App shows its ready to be picked up. I arrive and they say, "actually it's in stock but you're not allowed to pick it up until February 5th." "Not true, I've been without the medication for 2 months." Then I speak to someone else and it's turned into, "we still don't have it in stock." What an absolute joke. You can get any different excuse by a different person you talk to but they're never on the same page. Now my medications are all messed up and I still have no answers. I finally call and tell them how the app shows my medication was "filled" 4 days ago - after speaking to the pharmacist who says it isn't in stock, I check the app again moments after speaking on the phone, NOW all the sudden the app shows delayed - out of stock. Obviously they need to be better organized and communicate better.

Twice I have went here at night and they are closed before midnight. That is upsetting because couldn’t get anywhere else before they closed due to wasted trip here

Went on for our COVID booster shots. Excellent experience. Efficient, friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this location.
