Everyone here is great! Devon helped me out with my debt consolidation questions and applications and was so good I will only go where he is (which I hope is always here). I came back to get my car loan from him too, only person I trust to give me the correct information AND help me out. Love Zeal!

I live 45 minutes from the nearest Zeal Credit union and I will always keep my account with them due to the incredible customer service I have always received.I have to say Emily Morss has stood far above the rest!!! She has been super responsive and helpful with every transaction and questions I’ve had.Zeal will always have my business due to the fact alone there are good people there always willing to help.

Super snotty phone call, after waiting 25 minutes on hold from a woman that needs to find a job not working with the public. Constantly taking over me, quoting regulations. She level let me get a word in, after I was told at a branch in Walled Lake they would call the bank to verify certified funds, no phone call was made as promised then, I get the disrespected business phone call in my life. I am a member I deserve some respect and to be treated like a customer, not a bother.....

My auto loan was paid off in sep 2022. called 3 times in last one week asking for letter for release of Lien. Every time it is new for them and processing takes 24 hours to be sent to my email. can some one please help me.

I changed banking institutions because of the overwhelming technical issues Flagstar bank has only to switch to zeal with the same issues and more incoherent unable to do their job desk people! If your incompetent women can't do their job start hiring more men!? This had been multiple issues since being with them over a few months just going to have to do better research and find a better, hopefully banking institution! Will be taking business elsewhere! Family banks with Chase has to be better there! Lesson learned!

2hours holding at Zeal CU an still no help. Also called at least 8 times and they hung up after I put my debit number in.

4 major mistakes from my checking account. They have withdrawn over $10,000 from my account from checks written by another customer. Their only explanation - the check writer’s account number is very close to mine. Unexcusable!!!!!!!

Opened a bank account here, since my previous bank I was having issues with them not releasing my payments for almost a week. Now this bank..turns out, someone like me who deals with checks, using the mobile deposit is a joke. Deposit on a business day, cannot get processed today! No, their policy is they will put it in a process pile TOMORROW, and release it to you TWO DAYS LATER. "Let me put your life on hold, so our policies can add additional strain on yours". A week into using this bank and I'm already closing it. I hope your doors close... You have to wonder how many of their employees actually use them. I'd bet very few.Edit: PNC Bank treats mobile check deposits the same way they treat as in person. Wish I would have done more homework (that's on me! Sorry for supporting a local company!)

I tried three separate times to bank during my lunch break.The door had a CLOSED sign on it every day.I went around to the back business entrance and was told this location has been closed for months and to try another location.I also needed help over the phone before I tried coming into a branch location. The first day I stayed on hold for 40 minutes. No one ever answered. The second day, 20 minutes. No answer. The third day, I finally reached someone after waiting another 20 minutes.I am so unhappy with Zeal Credit Union as of late that when I do have the extra time, I will be closing my account.

Find another lender!! Horrible customer service with the home equity loan department. Last year around the holidays I was notified that payments haven’t been made when I know they were as the payment appeared on a later statement. Now they aren’t sending me a bill anymore. Been trying to call for 3 days. They are not answering the phone so I can find out why. On the verge of closing all accounts and getting another loan from a different lender to pay them off

Saying horrible customer service would be an understatement. As a member of Zeal Credit union the way that I was treated was unacceptable. From the tone of voice and the dismissal of my concerns not only by a member representative by the name of Kathy no last name and then by a manager by the name of Bethany. I spoke with Bethany shown she said thanks for the feedback. I work in the same industry and our clients get surveys after every call and they are taking very seriously. If I spoke to a client in that manner there would be consequences. Without clients seal credit union wouldn't be open, treat your members as such. This is my second issue with customer service; I was going to take out a home loan, but that's not going to happen. I will establish another relationship with another credit union and refi my car loan and close my accounts once rates go down. A business is as strong as its customer service. I will not be treated any way and continue to do business with you. This is a company that will never receive a JD Power award that's for sure.

having been a customer for 30 years ..i dont call much but when i do ..i always be prepepared to be on hold for 1hr plus..be prrpared to be transferred to many different people..be prepared to fall asleep on the phone..be prepared to say why do i keep banking with them

I think they're still using this pandemic not to wait on customers cause you can never reach them on the phone very disappointed but a fantastic, Place to bank when get can in touch with someone be put on hold 2 hours and then you get disconnected !! Is very frustrating
